Impressed with functionalities such as "review candidate" option.

I'd love to see the decision of managers when candidates are moved to managers review

It allows me to post a job in multiple job boards.

Experiencing glitch sometimes. It doesn’t allow me to move a candidate to onboarding phase.

The ease of access was huge with ApplicantStack. From the ATS, to onboarding side, everything was extremely easy to use.

When posting a job on the job boards, the budget could be higher or lower than the job board itself. If you set your budget at $1000, it was a little confusing to see how far that stretches.

Pretty simple website. I use it for 8 hours every day so it gets the job done.

Running reports always gives different info. Some applicants show for one person not another searching with the same criteria. Texting is not easy if you receive a lot in one day. There should be a text tab like the email tab to easily search. Also phone numbers should be formatted so they can be easily searched.

Inputting data is very simple and convenient. I've worked with several systems in the past and this one seems pretty good.

The pushover to onboarding has to change the different stages, in recruiting we are all about easier and faster ways. At times for me, it slows me down.

Ease of navigation and how the system is setup. I have hired many applicants with this system.

Nothing it is amazing. Only thing I can think of is to advertise for more companies to use this amazing website.

Ease of use and ability to customize for multiple uses.

No cons come to mind. very easy to use and setup.

Applicant stack groups the candidates according to the job and have the option to have a knock out question incase they don't qualify. It won't waste anyone's time. It is easy to navigate.

The app don't group all applicants applications on one profile, it shows as duplicate applications. It is difficult to rehire applicants.

Easy to use and allows you to let applicants schedule their own interviews in designated time frames.

I haven't had any issues or dislikes at this time.

All applications in one location and all job postings as well. We don’t use the postings as much as review of applicants

Convoluted web portal
People can put in multiple apps. No easy way to quickly eliminate dups.
Feel like there should be better / separation between applications and job postings

Easy to track applicants and their status, I also liked how clients can share access with their vendors.

Process of uploading resumes and candidates can be a little clunky. Additionally, the parsing feature for contact info leaves a lot to be desired.

I can't receive picture messages or screenshots in the text messaging app.

It is truly simple to use. Out of the box, you can set up workflows and reporting with little to no assistance

The feature set is somewhat limited unless you pay more. Native reporting is somewhat lacking

I like the way everything is organized all in one place.

There is nothing I dont like about ApplicantStack.

Receiving emails when a candidate applies for position. Easy access to the application. Being able to post notes and set stage of the interview process is great.

I am happy with it. Nothing comes to mind.

The organized way it allows an applicant to go through the recruitment and hiring process.

There are some technical log in problems that some candidates have that doesn't allow them to access their accounts.

It is easy to upload directly into other applications

Not sure what I like least at this moment in time.
