I have used SurveyMonkey almost in all of my career, it’s very basic and easy to use and implement and I have had fun, the customizable templates have been great too

Overall, SurveyMonkey has been a great tool for our company. We can get broad surveys on overall experience, as well as more tailored surveys. We send out surveys for our entire summer season, as well as for specific events.

When used properly it's a great tool to have a quick feel on what the preferences are in a certain group of people. Closed or direct questions will be best and do not provide too many options to choose from because people will tend to go with neutral options.

The SurveyMonkey software works really well. But I really think for the shorter and concise surveys, you don't really need all the extra data reports and graphs. The option can be there for the user. Just give me the basic information that I am looking for.

Overall I could save a lot of time using Survey Monkey to build high performing surveys about Customer satisfaction. The results provided on the Reporting dashboards were clear and I could find easily how to improve my customers satisfaction. But this tool requires to spend a significant budget.

I love Survey Monkey I've been using it for over 7 months and I don't think I'll stop. It helps me analysis large amounts of data for my surveys and manage the countless amounts of feedback I receive. I'm able to create surveys and get data from them easily. I really enjoy it.

I had a frustrating experience with SurveyMonkey’s automatic renewal process. I was charged for an additional year of service without clear notice or consent. Despite not selecting auto-renewal, the charge went through, and customer support was unhelpful, refusing to issue a refund and citing their non-refundable policy.

Under Australian Consumer Law, businesses are required to provide clear communication and gain explicit consent before renewing subscriptions, which SurveyMonkey failed to do. Their policies feel unfair and misleading, and the customer service team did little to resolve the issue. I would recommend being cautious with their subscription plans.

Overall experience is good because they have all the necessary functions for sending out surveys.

I think it's a great way to gather data in an organized way.
