The financial suite has to be my favorite as it enables us to compare financial statements versions in minutes

Installing plug ins can be a bit complicated for the less tech savvy user.

The comfort of find all sums and to search words in a document

Document matching is not so useful as i thought because it's demand similar template for each document.

It's integration with excel makes it super easy to use

Table Snip option can be enhanced to use correct Rows

The text snip is very comfortable to use and it makes the audit procedure to be faster

That you cannot roll with the mouse and see the all documents that were uploaded

Everything is tip top, import, reconcile

It allows one to work quicker and look at documentation better and efficiently especially when pressed for time.

It is very nice to use it is just that when overloaded it crashes and one looses their work

The software is very easy to use and implement. The way that the software helps our audit teams speed up testing and vouching to external documents is amazing. We use the software in all aspects of the audit process and other areas of our practice. Glad we found this product!!!

We have not come across any cons to using the software yet.

Great tool for recognizing OCR data, snips are really useful, efficient and effective.

At times file becomes heavy, Sum snip lacks at times.

Snip tables feature. It is a quick way to add tables to create lead schedules and cast financial statement

Its user friendly, fast, it takes info from different types documents, it keeps the link to the original source of the data in case you wanna check it...

It is highly efficient to use for making cross references for test work, matching documents, reconciliation and financial statement process in audit procedures. Good text recognition!

1. The table recognition function could be enhanced, especially when the table is in two pages of one pdf. There are occasions that the recognition would miss a line near the broken page.2. Text recognition for long paragraphs now show in one cell, would be great if it does the formatting directly as well. But this is minor issue.

The internal consistency check and PY figures check - very quick and useful for checking for errors and more accurate than a manual review

The export of version comparison - It is not so easy to review when exported into excel. The export of the PY comparison checker is a lot more useful. The casting of sums is also inconsistent. Sometimes it does not recognise columns with totals casted sideways across the page.

DataSnipper greatly increases efficiency and productivity during the audit work, reducing significantly the time needed to perform repetitive tasks.

Very rarely, the app is not able to correctly identify the characters when the writing on the documents is in cursive.

The time it helps me save instead of manually extracting data from documents.

Not been able to add textboxes to documents, needs more functionality.

Automation in analyzing documents and the highlights from them are easy and help to follow or trace where an error could be located for instance in cast checking.

Ease of data extraction since I'm in tax and i deal with alot of data i.e GST it provides a way to extract data from pdf to excel with ease saving me valuable time

Not much to dislike about data snipper right now

-Datasnipper saves so much time when casting accounts, and comparing to prior year figures as most of the work is done for you -Really good for importing figures from PDFs where it's not possible to copy and paste things accurately, such as lists or split columns

-Doesn't always pick up all of the information or may set it out weirdly (but this is easy to adjust)-Can take some time to get used to
