Seamless integration with NAV and highly configurable point of sale user interface. Works very well and is very intuitive.

Occasionally errors here or there like any other solution. There isn't any major flaw or aspect that I dislike specifically.

Data director is the most amazing feature with seamless functionality. It works really great in data replication.

Reporting, I really hope they can improve on the reporting part. For example There should be industry standard report like Daily Sales report for Hospitality. Every customer asks for it.

I do not know of any product that comes close to LS Retail when it comes to super/hyper markets. It can be setup as online or offline cash registers. Synchronization with HQ is extensive. Promotions and offers are extensive. User interface is fully customizable. It's an end-to-end solution that works on top of Microsoft Dynamics NAV which makes everything seamless. No interfaces or integration with the problems that come with them are needed.

Support resources are scarce and hardware requirements are high if you are planning for an on-premise setup

Easy to setup. Best software for retail industry with almost all functionalities inbuilt. Upgrade to new functionalities in newer versions.

Microsoft is changing to Business central but ls central not fully move to this technology upgrade.
Data migration toolkit will take time to launch

I like the Replica's processes. i like the easy method to define and setup the data's replica, from the 2015's version i like very much the new way for the replica of the Objects.

I not like very much the new POS Client. When I open the POS Client for the first time after the NAV Service Started the client remaining a lot of time in "hold mode" for buffering the data. Some customer do not appreciate this "waiting time".

LS Retail has many functions and options. It could be customized almost without limitations. Good integration with Microsoft Dynamics.

Difficult to set up different prices in the different store locations. Missing filters for added or removing group of items for an offer.

Features and continual improvements. Omni channel ready. Fully integrated with NAV, highly configurable, excellent promotion engine.

I can't think of anything with the exception of some very minor bugs which is normal for a constantly improving software solution.

the loyalty program is of the best loyalty program I've seen also the retail item setup is very good and the attributes is really good for reporting

hospitality need a bit more work the report in hospitality is weak and you need to work on more functions in hospitality like i need to be able to delete after send and after print with different permission

Good for retail industries. Has most of the options required to run an operation.

The licence is an over kill. The features are all over the place. It look clear that it sits on another application. Some of basic functionality like a stock report is not available. Some of the functionalities are incomplete. There a quite a few bugs which results in waiting for the next patch.

The software covers all the requirements from the business perspective related to Sales , Purchase ,Warehousing and manufacturing , very good for Retail industry to apply various types of per motions.

There are some limitation like multiple offers can not be combined under one bill and there should be some mechanism to prevent locking this is the measure issues faced by any type of industry using NAV and LS retail.

It has all the functionalities that makes it easy to use in variety of retail and hospitality industries. Easy to implement, flexible enough to make any change easily, real time data replication from store to HO is a plus.

Just one point: Make it more flexible and easy to use for hospitality industry.

One integrated software, all modules in one place, MS Office like user interface, open platform - ability to implement your own modifications.

The system architecture does not support parallel access and operations in the system. Having around 50 users in HQ and 300 stores trying accessing the system (posting shipments, receiving deliveries etc.) users keep receiving an error message with information about tables locked by another users. Such situations increase frustration, slows down the business processes and limits scalability of the entire solution.

HR and payroll modules are not in detailed, integration with latest technologies is not available .

It provides almost all the functionalities a retail company will require. Different clients like web client, tablet client, mobile client for different form factors.

The product is not easy to use. It's hard to find documentation and help when there's an issue needs to solve.

Mobile omni and pos app I really liked
Overall its very good and user friendly. I think one of the best powerful tool for retailer market. I did a lots of customisation and integration and faced so many challenges but its comfortable to do it in nav versions

Mobile apps should be more dynamic and technical documents should be available like how to change currency for mobile data replication

Everytime the version keeps on update and bugs getting resolved but please resolve the bugs present in early release itself
