Deel contains some fees that affect the user when transferring their money. Depending on the user's bank, these fees can vary. Also, Deel provides some rewards for users but mostly can only be used in the US, which is not ideal for international employees.

I've been using Deel for a while now to receive contracts from companies in the US, while I work in the UK and I found its a great platform for contractors. I like how easy and approachable the UI and onboarding is, especially when completing the relevant forms needed to get this moving! Also, I love that Deel has a lot of helpful articles that help from filling in Tax documentation to Calculating Take-home salary. Finally, the tracking for payment is handy to make sure you get paid on time!

Perhaps further updating the Deel rate calculator to include US to UK rates plus tax deduction would be super helpful when calculating the take-home for a contract.

The platform supports multiple languages and currencies, making it accessible for global users. Additionally, it supports different types of workers—full-time employees, freelancers, and contractors making it easier for businesses to work with diverse talent pools.

None so far as it is valuable tool for global teams.

So far, I haven’t encountered anything I would consider a downside. However, if I ever do face any challenges or issues, I feel confident knowing there’s a supportive team ready to guide me.
