If you ask for feedback on a routine item, your implementation specialist will create a video that other users in your group can use should they have the same question down the line. The "help" feature located within the tool is the most useful one I've come across in my 15 years of working with HRIS tools.

To be clear - this is not an ApplicantPro set back, but rather an internal struggle within my organization to move forward with technology.
