This tool is quite safe and does not have an extensive list of vulnerabilities like other brands of its competition.When we used it, it was quite fast and light.

I think that it should have the possibility of being able to share files during the remote session, it was a problem having to find another tool to send files during the session, however other products that compete with this tool have this functionality.I also think that if the shared screen could be Zoomed it would be useful in some occasions of Support or remote presentation.The possibility of holding remote meetings simultaneously is important (when you have several clients at the same time and several support agents), it would be important for the brand to evaluate having this functionality that its competition does have.

Ease of use setting up calls. The setup of the product worked well with our current systems.

The functionality of the app just does not give you all the features of similar products

Presently, nothing to like less on GoTo Meeting

GoTo Meeting makes hosting effective webinars simple and is a reliable product. The features, such as polls and analytics/reporting, really take the quality of the product up a notch and allow us to focus on the content and the audience... not the logistics.

Sometimes there can be an issue with attendees being able to log in, but this rarely occurs.

I like the ease of switching from desk phone to mobile

User interface on the desktop can be cumbersome.

It is the best Video meeting experience and is also fast.

UI interface has to be changed and wants to be updated frequently.

Honestly I just like how it isn’t slow like other meeting apps

I like the ability to have a video / audio conference and being able to launch it from a browser. The Screen Sharing function is also nice for tech support.

It can be confusing for first time users to get audio working, and the delay on the screen share function is very noticable.

I enjoy using GoTo Meeting since it is and efficient medium of video conferencing with sound and screen quality.It is easy to use and it accommodates large meeting thus enhancing collaboration.

There can be minor connection problems and delays in the audio and video calls during meetings mostly when our internet is kinda slow.

GoTo Meeting provides high quality video and has variety of in meeting feature like screen sharing,screen recording and a timer as well.It has a reliable performance and is the best software ive used so far to communicate as well as hold online meetings.

GoTo Meeting can sometimes be a bit resource intensive which might slow down my computer

It was easy to use, a snap to install, and, for the most part, works as advertised.

Attendees can talk out of turn or speak before the other speaker is done. The microphone can be selected independently for voice or no voice but requires someone to monitor the voice link.

It's a great tool for all needs related to online communication - audio, video, screen sharing, recording, etc.

Integration with outlook at times look tricky. I had used MS teams and Zoom and the integration with MS outlook seems seamless. Because of remote work, setting meetings is a very important part of the job. And it should be super seamless when it comes to setting those up. Two additional clicks at times be tricky and if we miss, we need to edit the invite and resend.

The accessibility and easy usage of GoTo Meeting is the one which is really very attractive. So tremendous this software is!!!!

The thing I like the least is its connectivity

I appreciate the level of branding and easy this product has. After using many conferencing services this is one of the more seamless. The desktop to mobile app works super easy and keeps all of my info portable so at the last minute I'm not retyping it all in.

I do feel that when it comes to security GTM is not a well rated as some of it's competitors. Now that the world is all digital and connected this is an increased concern for many of our clients.

I like it as it enables me to conference online and have meetings with people who are in different locations

When the internet is down video quality really drops alot

It is the easiest to install, collaborate and also easy to use.Super satisfying with robust conference calls plus uploading and downloading files is just a breeze for easier sharing.

Nothing yet, collaboration is effective with channels.

Very easy to use with their app or just a web browser. Rarely do we have issues connecting with other users.

I wish that the invites, offered more than one time zone.
