Absolute basics are fine but overall it's super frustrating as the menu system still shows all the features, but inevitably you just get pinged over to an upgrade page. Honestly if you're starting out DON'T go with Hubspot since you'll likely need to suffer the disruption of moving away on cost grounds. Their PRO plan is ridiculously expensive for the immediate next tools a growing SME needs.

I used many alternatives to Hubspot Marketing Hub prior to being hired for a company that was already using Hubspot. I didn't think Hubspot Marketing Hub would be as good as the other marketing automation tools I've used in the past, but I was pleasantly surprised.

Hubspot is more than a marketing automation platform, it is a community of marketers, an ecosystem of people with experiences that is willing to share to grow. The wealth of marketing content makes learning seamless.

The reports that marketing and data analysts receive are of a high standard and can be as thorough or as brief as they need. The lead generation process is automated, and our sales reps have real-time data on their top leads. All in all, we're pleased with the user interface and the helpful information it provides.

I like the easy to use interface, and all in one solution, and the scalability of it can be good for big and small businesses.

Overall a superb tool for marketing activities. Mostly hubspot has almost every feature required for a marketing software but lacks some small things also like in their email tool they don't have ''Paint brush'' option like you have in word and this makes it difficult to adjust the formatting of a written email in one go, they are massive company and integrating such a small thing should not be an issue for them.

HubSpots' interface is simple and intuitive. The ease of use is the reason we went with HubSpot. The integration with 3rd party plug-ins, such as Zoominfo, is simple to setup and rarely goes down.

I've been using HubSpot for years. I've evaluated other platforms that claim to cover the same areas as HubSpot, but they don't come close. More competition would be good of course, but I'm happy with HubSpot
