There are other invoice software options out there, but I needed something simple with little to no learning curve. Paypal invoicing is perfect for invoicing and keeping up with my freelance billing.

If I offered a lot of complicated services with different options, I might say that it could use more customizable settings. But I don't, so it's fine for me!

The invoices are customer protected which is great for legit customers yet scammers will use this to refund their payment and freeze your money

I like it because it is easily customisable.

Super easy and user friendly to invoice customers and customize the invoices. Then its easy to transfer right to your bank after. Overall easy process.

Paypal fees are alittle higher than normal credit card fees but not by much.

I have been using PayPal invoicing for my own marketing agency and I can say that it has been very effective in collecting our team's monthly retainer fee from our clients

We didn't like the low conversion fee and high deduction from our pay.

I like everything I love that u can customize ur invoices w ur logo plus name & info, u can do 1 time billing or reaccuring, send quotes, lots of payment options, u can even add a description to each item,, plus u can send reminders 2 then about paying, they can also tip u if they'd like, it's easy 2 pull up ur invoices they have them organized 4 u & they have the best customer service they r very fair & wk quickly 2 resolve any situation it truly a game changer 4 keep up w ur sales & handling billing ur customers!!!

Honestly I don't have any complaints about them

I like the fact that PayPal invoicing is convenient. Using my cell can create and submit invoices.

I use this in a personal capacity rather than a work related once for a some side business. Its extremely helpful and saves a lot of time. You know you always have the paypal support fallabck should anything go wrong

It is very easy to make invoices and send them to customers. It is user friendly.

The fees are a little bit outrageous. You have to pay to "usuage" fee and then a transfer fee.

It's user-friendly and has excellent customer support, which is why I prefer it.

Sometimes they keep your money for longer than necessary, which is bad for those who rely on their payment to meet their family's necessities.

Ease of use and very well organice invoices are the core of paypal invoices. I really enjoy the simplicity and efficacy.

Nothing to complaint here other than if you for some reason make a mistake or they think you did they are not on the very explicative side. Nothing to do with their features which are great.

PayPal has always worked for me. It’s older but hasn’t failed me.

They need some new updating. Clean up the invoicing.

When doing the transaction the process is very seamless weather buying are selling something there is always a invoice present and it customizable and there is a hole lot of features to my life easily

Well my time using PayPal invoicing as been very seamless I have no issues as yet the experience as bing a very great one

It enables me to create a custom PayPal.me link via which I can easily collect payments by entering my desired amount to the link.
It is the best option I have found to make payment when you do not want to share your account or credit card details.
It allows me to select automatic transfers for the amount I receive directions to my bank account.
It is easy to receive payments once you set up your PayPal business account and has PayPal payment integration available with hundreds of apps.

I don’t like that the payment on PayPal.me link can only be made if you have a Paypal account, I really hope they add an option of direct credit card payment to Paypal.me link payment too. If someone chooses the credit card option to pay via their Paypal payment method, both the sender and receiver of Paypal payment get charged for the same payment.

They have some automated process of checking on Paypal account activity and the automated process is not full proof. They flagged and limited my Paypal account just because they could not understand the purpose code I had set in my account. I had provided them all the required documents, but for a period of 3 months they removed and they put limitations again on my account 3 times for the same, even when I had already provided them with all required documents, the first time they asked. Their team apologized that the limitation should have been avoided in the first place but it lead me to a lot of time wasted in resolving the same issue again and again because their account automation checks are faulty.

Easy invoicing and payment receiving for the clients and everyone that wishes to send us money through another country. Really helpful customer support as well in case of any fraud or other items.

None but mobile interface could be a little better

I love how simple and self-explanatory almost everything done-for-you it is. Takes the stress off from you. I also love that PayPal is a trusted name and customers trust paying through PayPal.

I have not really found anything that I think I could improve about PayPal.
