Af en toe had ik een paar problemen maar dan was er een update die ik was vergeten te downloaden dus er was eigenlijk niks mis aan de kant van Cisco Jabber.

While I appreciate Cisco Jabber's features, there are a couple of things that have been a bit tricky for me. Simple to use, light weighted, providing basic collaboration functions, integration with Microsoft

What I like the most using cisco is more easy to used than the other application that I used even if you are not tech savvy you will easily manage how to used it

well for me if they will add more filter it will be lovely plus adding different sounds notification will be better

My favorite part of Jabber is the screen sharing functionality. I usually use this feature when the IT help desk is trying to get me out of a digital hole that I've dug. They can show me the steps to follow to complete the task at hand.

Honestly, the thing I like the least about it is that it runs it's start up sequence automatically whenever I restart my computer. I understand why this needs to happen so that it can run properly, it's just mildly annoying.

Cisco Jabber is a very simple and intuitive tool. It is suitable in modern enterprise realities to apply a new way to work. Collaboration helps enterprise to became powerful.

Jabber could be used inside the enterprise network but using Sip trunk or Cisco cloud services it becomes the complete tool to manage audio and video conferencing, chat, ftp sharing and so on. The evolution of Jabber is webex app.

I liked the fact that Cisco Jabber allows me to quickly interact with my colleagues and allows me to share my screen with ease. I also appreciate the call forwarding option.

I do not like how finicky Cisco Jabber's notification system is -- I often have issues receiving mobile notifications, and even experience delayed notifications.

I seldom use this app because our company uses Teams more.

Depending on your internet provider, you can experience disconnections.

Sometimes it doesn’t like to connect to my computer audio. There are days that it will connect with no issue, but then there’s days I have to log out and login again to get it to connect.

Compared to Webex and Zoom, Jabber is far less robust of a tool. It doesn't play as nice with Outlook as Webex or Zoom.

The product is easy to use and intuitive. We use it firm-wide with much success. You have mobile and desktop options, which is great for whatever the day calls for.

Not aware of difficulty in integration but it took some getting used to

I have used this in one of my previous companies and I was able to send and receive instant messages, real-time communication, check the availability, transfer files and group chats. I conducted some video and audio calls and also the communication can be trusted since it is encrypted and supports secure authentication protocols.

This is costly and we need to purchase the subscription to use this.

Ease of use was probably the best thing about Jabber. I also liked that there were a lot of different functions, however, I didn't get the chance to use those functions.

There weren't a lot of things that I didn't like about Jabber. It did the job for what we needed it for, which was notification of other employees.

I really like how clients phone numbers are saved in the recently contacted, so if a call drops you can easily call the number back

Sometimes, Cisco can be a bit buggy and not connect to your device due to cookies or needing to restart and clear your devices cache. I am unsure why that is, but it happens occasionally
