In today's fast-paced world, managing housekeeping and inspection tasks efficiently is crucial for businesses of all sizes. We implemented Breezeway 3 + years ago and it has been a stand-out product in our tech stack. Not only is the product top notch the support team is hands down the best in the business. Their communication and follow through is impeccable. Even if a question or concern can not be immediately answered the team always uses their resources and continually keep in communication until the issue is resolved or the question is answered. Breezeway allows for seamless scheduling and coordinating and minimizes miscommunications among the team and the potential for missed cleans/inspections. The ability to customize inspections has been very valuable due to our luxury homes which are all very unique. Bluewater Homeowner Partners are impressed when we tell them we can add specific requirements that pertain only to their home to ensure they are completed every visit.

The feature that I would love to see improved is on the vendor side. A housekeeping company must assign cleans to employees on a desktop not within the mobile app. I believe the thought process behind this is all companies have an administrative employee however, a lot of our vendors are managing and in the field. We have found workarounds but again down the road, this enhancement would be great.

Breezeway is very user-friendly. Easy to navigate and to follow the history on a property.

Nothing really everything has really been great

Convenient for entire company to access. Easy to use on phone or computer.

Lagging when loading tasks, changes to platform that effect usage.

I wish that the schedule would somehow sync to my google calendar. Sometimes I see that first.

What I like most about Breezeway is the organization it provides us for our maintenance and housekeeping.

What I least like about Breezeway is to be able to delete a comment on tasks.

It has streamlined so much of our work...I'm not sure how we use to keep the schedules straight for our cleaning staff!

When I make a task for a future date, it jumps to the current date.

It's very helpful to communicate with other departments and complete tasks.

When you submit Export to Partner it takes hours for it to send

Keeps our team organized, allows us to easily bill for what we do and gives an easy snapshot of the day.

It can be clunky to add new tasks, especially for our property team when on the road.

I like that Breezeway is very easy to use and sort tasks. Assigning items and setting up automations is also very easy.

The app could use some improvements, specifically for searching for tasks from days ago and also moving tasks assigned to myself.

The interface is clean and intuitive, and it makes tracking much easier for tasks to ensure items are not overlooked.

It would be nice if Breezeway could have one button to generate a monthly report that shows the total cost to owners. Without additional software, it is cumbersome to use Breezeway for accounting tasks related to labor and service expenses

Often slow when using the App or website only when using my phone.

Easy to use and navigate. Plenty of room to input necessary information.

Would like to be able to input information uniformly in a certain location to copy to all selected properties.
Would like to be able to use an underline feature.
Would like to have color font options.

It simplifies the hardest parts of operations with my short term rentals.

I wish it worked better as a guest facing PMS

i like how we are able to share information with everyone who has access to the system and how we can prioritize the tasks.

the thing i least like is there is no notification when a task is completed, signaling us. some sort of a alert/ notification would be helpful base on the priority of the task.

I like the layout and that it is easy to use.

I like everything so far, I love the messages option and the tasks.

With Breezeway my team and I are able to stay in touch via the messaging chat!

Tasks take some time to load sometimes but other than that it’s a great app!
