Very easy to use and easy to navigate. Helps a lot in internal communication

It just works. We use this in almost 50 devices all around our campus and are expanding each year. The ease of use is amazing for all my team to work and make edits to all of our signs.

I don't have any complaints that I can think of as of today. Great product and service.

most of the time it disconnect and you need to pair again.
and if you don't remove the unpair device they will charge you for it.

Telemetry makes its so simple to display Key metrics to our associates on the floor. This enables them to make critical decisions to ensure our products flows at the correct rate. It also is the best way to display any news to our associates that they would need to know without having 1 on 1's.

Con would be that I can not display the full screen of goggle sheets. It only shows a small window.

The setup was simple and it was very easy to train non-technical staff to use it.

I haven't found any drawback to the system.

Telemetry gives me great flexibility right out of the box. I can run templates or customise my own slides. Easy to use, quick to set up.

Working in a web GUI can sometimes be a bit limiting. The native app fixes this problem so maybe consider that for more complex templates.

I can publish safety or educational videos directly from You Tube.

Losing connection sometimes but we think it is related to our poor Wi-Fi connection

The application is easy to use and maintain the TV boards. Support is fast and helpful.

I don't have any Cons. This product has been stellar for us.

i think there is not enough communication about release and updates.

Support is excellent and live data/metrics API is very good. Documentation is also very good.

Some items could have better implementation

It was easy to get started with, fairly intuitive for adding media and using some of the basic apps they have. I could see this being a useful software to get complex with in the future. Looks like they have a lot of functionality for API integrations.

There are so many features and a lot of complexity so it is a little overwhelming when I first created my account. It took a while to watch the videos and read how to use some of the features.

The ease of pushing content from one place to many TVs

Have not found anything that turns me off except price point a little lower would be nice.

We came across an issue that was region based for our players, not real sure how it happened, but I worked directly with the support channel , and escalation team to get the issue resolved. very efficient, precise and knowledgeable. All these things make for a better experience and sets you mind at ease, you know there is someone there to help.

There is nothing that we don't like , it fits our venue perfect and gives us what we need.

Very Easy to Use! Lots of Options to enhance our daily communications. Being in an Elementary/Middle School situation, the kids love the visual impact as they pass by each day.
Being integrated with so many applications is wonderful! Keeping it fresh and fun is easy!

I am a new user and haven't had any cons yet.

We primarily use Telemetry the host of analytics this systems are able to support. Keeps both our US and Canadian company in synch.

Compatibility - can only be used with Google devices

Modern design and clear, very easy to understand (not only made for an IT team), powerful widgets (Canva...), and already prepared Widgets with several parameters

I tested lot of software like this one. There are some things which can be added to be the best dynamic screen solution.
PDF widgets with Zoom + page choice
Powerpoint + page choice
Google Slide ... should be possible not to share in public (but with an account)
Read Excel or sheet file to show dynamic screen.
Exemple : timetable for a train, the plateform number could be changed by reading an sheet file
Other exemple : a list of anniversary in a excel file or a database to show the birthday of the collegues
Animation of items to make a page more dynamic...
....

I honestly have no complaints or dislikes.

After experiencing reliability issues and poor support with our existing Digital Signage solution, I decided it was time to invest in something different. After trialling a couple of solutions I came across Telemetry TV, I am so glad I did! Telemetry TV is very simple to setup, easy to administrate and allows you to deploy rich content to your screens in no time. I really like being able to see snapshots of what my screens are doing in real-time, overrides, the multitude of app integrations and most of all the instantaneous screen updates once a playlist is updated.

I love this product but TelemetryTV please create an Admin app for turning on overrides and making changes on the go.

The integration with Google G-Suite admin platform is awesome and save a lot time in deploying

When the device doesn't show in the Telemetry dashboard after the G-Suite setup, can be a bit of a challenger
