A great way to manage and visualise both you and your team's pipelines

Would suggest this to any salesperson or team looking for a clear way to view both team and individual performance. It's very easy to set up so is certainly worth trying.

Pluspunten

Solid integration with SalesForce, super clear visualisation of opportunity and pipeline stages. Also provides useful data at the touch of a button which would otherwise be a pain to set up manually through SalesForce.

As a team lead, it's also very easy to import/remove team members as and when.

Fundamentally, the best thing about Heresy is the behaviour it promotes in salespeople. Moving away from the 'cards to your chest' behaviour most salespeople would be familiar and towards a more open/ agile outlook.

Minpunten

I think it would be great if we were able to edit the appearance or the dashboard, but I feel this is something that's probably in the pipeline. Can sometimes need refreshing to update.

Great tool if you really need insights About where you are losing deals

I would say this is a great tool for any organization looking for a way to improve how they sell and wants to increase their sales numbers. Overall the tools provide a great framework on how to manage deals and creates actionable, real world insights that will definately increase sales.

Pluspunten

What I like most
1. The burndown chart creates a great way to visualize where you are in a month
2. Automates many things including visibility into where you are with deals that may have fallen through the cracks
3.great analytics in terms of providing data points and interpretations on what are important steps in sales process and providing them in an easy to read format.

Minpunten

Salesforce integration at times seemed problematic. This has been largely fixed and continues to move in the right direction

Pluspunten

In a couple of seconds I can work out what I need to prioritise on a weekly basis in order to achieve my quota. It's also beautiful and very easy to use.

Minpunten

Not all of the custom fields are mapped by default.

Intuitive Design, easy to use and for the first time - we can clearly see the progress of the Sales team in a way everyone understands.

No mobile interface yet but Inunderstand that one is coming soon.

Simplicity and easy to use. Nothing to complain

Since we are a foreign company based in Brazil, maybe not a Cons but more a suggestion will be to have Heresy in portuguesse language ore for my team that do not have English skills
