I liked creating my logo, but go to your state to for your llc because it's way cheaper and easier than what they do

if you value your time and money this company is NOT who you want to use. they will take your money and nothing will work as advertised. I've contacted support for months about technical issues with my store and they have NOT RESOLVED ANYTHING, but they sure will take your money

I need to register an LLC. Get an EIN. Get agent registration number.

They don't do anything. They do not provide services for which they took money.

Return the money urgently!!!

Decent interface and was able to get basic things completed.

Tailor Brands has now illegally charged my card multiple times over 2 years. You sign up, can't cancel, and it is impossible to get anyone to respond to you. Last year I had them issue me a refund after charging me for a full year instead of the one month I signed up for. After fighting with them, they refunded me. That was one year ago. Account closed! Then exactly a year later they charged me again for an entire new yearly subscription. They didn't notify me, i didn't have an active account, and when logging in (no paid account) I could see the charge and invoice, but again no subscription. I notified them and they told me I did have an account and told me with instructions how to cancel. Again, there was no "cancel" button shown since the account wasn't active. I had to notify PayPal since I assume Tailor Brands was making it impossible for me to cancel so they could charge me again next year. Total scam! Stay away.

These people are crooks. They take money out of your account that they are not supposed to then tell you that their guidelines state....blah, blah, blah. Any excuse not to do the right thing by customers! DON'T USE THIS SERVICE

Relatively easy logo maker. That's it. There's nothing else to commend them for.

Their entire business model is geared towards selling upgrades that are generally not needed. Worse, they will not notify you when your subscription is due to renew and, even if you have not used their services in that time, will refuse to issue a refund. I have now taken the matter to Paypal.

Nothing to like about the company doesn't know its deliverables.

Deliverables are useless against premium costs.

Product was easy to navigate. Customer service was quick when needed.

It wasn’t as easy for me maybe because of my businesses industry.

They collect 409.00 to set up business and Domain and they never did nothing as promised no llc no website nothing I asked for a refund they only issue 50 % of my money Still can't get the money.

Logo design had a ball playing around with size color and everything until I got it just right.

pricing seemed off at check out had to ask questions after billing happened to figure out why the price was different.

Overall experience. Imagine going to a restaurant and ordering a meal and then receiving an empty plate from the kitchen, then them saying no refund have a good day. Terrible for new business owners. Customer service does not exist for Tailor Brands.

Tailor Brands helped me receive my LLC for my company. Very helpful staff and reached out with any concerns I had.

Pricing could be improved. The products advertised as included are not included in the plans and this is what is making me start looking elsewhere for assistance. Everything is not included and I have been charged for everything in my plan so far.

The pros of Tailor Brands is that you can unite various aspects of your company: Design, legal, administrative, financial and other aspects necessary for the complementary operation of your organization. It offers you ease and permanent attention.

I would like it to be able to advance to broader commercial integration processes, and to offer new functionalities for companies in the future.

I loved that there were so many options related to starting my small business. From LLC creation to website design. I can even trademark my brand!

I did not have difficulty as of yet. The only thing that has happened was my application was rejected by Mercury Financial.

I like that it informs you on all the things you need to start a business. You can get the llc, insurance, business credit card. Everything in one place.

The pricing is what I liked the least. I feel like it tricks you into spending more money than what you really wanted to. I spent close to $900. If everything works out the way I plan then it would be a good $900 spent.

I enjoyed the ease of getting my LLC and the logo and website tools.

While I like the business card, logo, and website tools, I would like them to be a little easier to use. For example, I would like to be able to delete saved logos that I no longer like to reduce clutter. I would like to be able to hand-pick my logo fonts. I would like to be able to use multiple colors within my business name and/or tagline. I would like to be able to change the background color when making a logo, etc.

I love the follow up service and the quality of service I have received. The step by step guide provided via email helps keep me on track and accountable. It saved me a lot of time and effort overall! I wish I had know about Tailor Brand sooner!
