Great support, if you have an issue they will take care of you. It is so comforting to know that there is a real person that will help you out when you are in a jam. They are also innovating, they don't rest on there past performance. I always see new features that I am happy they have added.

I am very happy with it. However, if I had to chose something it would be better accounting for a whole business picture of your performance.

The setup was easy and straight to the point. I also liked the product entry process. It allowed me to scan products directly.

There was a few cons when it came to customer rewards. The user interface was ok but needed some work.

In my case I love the ability to manage inventory and decide easily when a order for more parts is necessary. By always having parts we are always making money.

Not being able to use it on your phone or other stations are hard to set up. I wish it was easier to use in other locations.

This program hasn't has errors or crashed or caused any sort of problems for us since we began using it. We have been able to focus on the customer and ring them out easily.

I don't really have any dislikes for this software, but maybe I would say they could update the visual design?

We use PHP mainly for keeping track of commissions for having our on-boarding process in one place. We have noticed that there are other features that will be useful and we are tentatively starting to use the customer-facing display so that our clients can see certain screens during meetings.

It has so much going on and it's trying to be everything at once so it's hard to figure out just how to best use it for our business specifically.

After testing this solution, I was able to implement this software for a small cell phone repair shop and they have 2 locations and pricing is very good based on features that are offered.

It does take some time to program the solution completely. But overall its a solid solution.

The new price is too expensive for me and other people.

Their customer service response time needs to be improved.

Extremely easy to use, one of the best software's that comes with built in integration with woocommerce.

Simple, easy to use, if you have knowledge in Excel you can transfer products, suppliers and customers in seconds. A lightweight program so you don't need to have a server or a supercomputer to manage it. You can work in the cloud or you can simply do it locally. It adapts to cell phones, laptops, tablets and you can access it from anywhere by creating a network that allows you to do it. We have been using it for years when it only had about 70mb of download.

It would be good to improve the way to search for products so that when the item number or barcode is not available, the search is done by item description. The other thing that could be improved would be (in my case) the account statements for customer accounts receivable. This applies to me because I have few customers to whom I grant credit.

Easy to implement and use. Easy for the users to use on a daily basis.

Only one "Style" or look and feel ... But is only the aesthetics of it .... but, the software works great

It’s simple. Simple is best. Not overly packed with useless, or repetitive and overpriced features. I have other software for accounting and inventory. Like most businesses I also have a terminal for card transactions. This fits in easily without costing me a fortune.

Would be better if export to excel was in number format instead of text format. Which means I have to convert my numeric text to numbers so that I can sum up columns.

Just works. Software is robust, can be accessed from multiple computers within the organization. Any technical issues have been quickly resolved by support staff.

Upgrade options are expensive for the size of our business. Although we'd love to have it cloud-based, the cost cannot be justified for our size of an operation.

So easy to use, large amount of features including the ability to add photos, edit items in bulk, price scaling/ tiers, control duration of sale prices, emailing a copy of the invoice to customers, CLOUD based - this feature has been my life saver!
Ease of introducing a scanner, till and label printer to the program, excellent customer service who actually take your recommendations seriously and even implement bona fide requests that would serve everyone! Ability to customise. The price is what drew me initially and has kept me using it!

If somehow it could be integrated into any website to save me doubling up on managing inventory. Other than that at this stage your team has done a fantastic job! I've recommended this to all business owners I meet!

platform is very portable. I am able to use computer, phone and tablet. Easyt to log on and log off. Able to add users, and access a variety of customer records.

reports could be better. Many reports concern distributors and input of product dates and money. Would like more reports regarding interaction with customners that could help boost repeat business and help with customer interactions at point of sale.

PHP point of sale has a very intuitive interface and that every new user can understand in a matter of few minutes.

PHP POINT OF SALE has great sale handling capabilities which huge super markets require to handle volume of sale

php point of sale comes with single location license and one needs to buy additional license for additional location.
Credit sales is recorded in store account. it will be better if each customer has credit and debit accounts

Easy to use. Easy to create categories and payment methods used. I like that one can suspend a sale while helping out another customer.

Would like to be able to get a report of inventory levels from the beginning of the month to end of the month by looking at closeout reports. It just reports the current inventory amount regardless of the day.

When entering a new item, one needs to find the next product number. It would be nice if it would learn how you create product numbers based on prior input and put in the next one for you.
