WorxHub has been great to enter facilities and housekeeping requests! It was easy to learn and makes things easier!

There's nothing I dislike so far since I have been using the software

The product is very user friendly. My staff have very little issues when using the software. Support is excellent.

Some of the glitches take awhile to get ironed out but considering how much the software does it runs smooth and they address the glitches if its critical to daily function of the software.

Accessible to all users on all computers and also via cell phones

Trying to run reports can be difficult and won't let me run report indicating who reported the maintenance issue

User friendliness. Ability to produce reports and keep track of ongoing projects via pulse tab.

I love the common sense use of this tool. I work in senior living and our team and residents are technically challenged but that has never been an issue with WorxHub. I also love the robust tool. I wish it would have been my only job, I only scratched the surface. I could have done so much more!

Only a minor con, the accounts, we have 17, are separate unless you go from WorxIQ. It makes it so my team can not easily back each other up without logging out and into a new URL but, again, this is minor to me.

The ease of use and customer service has been second to none.

There are minor improvements I'd like to see implemented. I have some scheduled daily tasks I'd like to see them displayed at a specific time instead of everything showing up 1st thing in the morning.

I create all of the Scheduled Work Orders (SWO) for our hospital. I like to view my existing SWO from other facilities that I have created while building a new one. Or, adding Assets, I like to view existing assets in another WorxHub window to have consistent names. 3 monitors are also a bonus!

Each month roughly 100 Scheduled Work Orders release. I wish I could select multiple work orders to assign to 1 mechanic. Working offline the scanner doesn't work. If you have a WO with a lot of tasks and you move out of WiFi range often you loose all of the data entered. I understand it would make it slower, but updating more often would help, similar to Google Docs.

Like the ability to see the history on any asset we have inventoried. If one asset keeps giving us trouble more than others, it makes it easy to decide to replace it.Usually good service with training types of questions

Right now we have questions about the modules we use and CANNOT get an answer to our questions. This has been over a month and no satisfaction! This is the first time we've had a negative experience, so we are surprised at the lack of response.

Immediate access, immediate review of request and immediate resolution of problem/issue

No missing features, complete identification system of where the problem is, what needs to be done and timeliness of need.

for maintenance it is a good tool for tracking preventative and on going work.

How easy it is to send work orders, and there is no lost paperwork as in the past before this system was installed

Room bookings is not easy to navigate.

What I like most is the ability to create work orders directly to the different departments . Each department can log on and see what needs to be done in their area.

A work order has to be started over if you click on another app.

It's easy to use throughout the community.

I hate that sometimes it doesn't complete the transportation request, or it doesn't recognize the address even if it's right.

Relaying the information to the appropriate department.

Not familiar with any other product/software that provides this type of service.

Workload management, asset tracking, space management, record keeping, transportation, are just a few features that we use on a daily basis on our campus

Yes, at times there are some things that need to be added or moved to different locations to make it great but the good by far out ways the bad about this system. It's hard to go into detail at this time.Workloads

The ease of the Calendar module allows the user to create events in the future. See what was scheduled in the past. Personalize a room or work order request to the needs of the event. Adding room setup information/photos is exceptional.

Deleting/changing or skipping holidays for a room booking is the biggest issue with this software. It should allow me to skip what dates I want. Instead of omitting a particular day, I have to set an end date, go back, and create a new occurrence.
