My overall experience with Telnyx Suite has been excellent. The platform offers a user-friendly interface, making it easy to send international SMS. The online chat support is particularly helpful, providing instant answers and clear guidance whenever needed. Overall, Telnyx Suite has surpassed my expectations and has become my go-to solution for messaging needs.
Pluspunten
Before Telnyx, I struggled with other platforms for sending international SMS. They were confusing and hard to use. Even with customer support, I couldn't figure it out. But with Telnyx, the online chat support was a game-changer. I could quickly get help, including screenshots, making setup a breeze.

The impossibility of sending messages in bulk through Learn and Build option.

About 3 years ago I started using Telnyx with an old boss, now in my own company after searching and trying more than 10 different VOIP systems I remembered how good Telnyx was and indeed the only thing it has done is improve since then, excellent service

My overall experience with Telnyx Suite has been real good. It is now a day to day part of my business, with the tools I need to communicate with my leads and customers via SMS and WhatsApp.
I appreciate he reliability, ease of use, and quick support team.
I recommend Telnyx.
Pluspunten
Telnyx is user-friendly, with a quite easy setup process. It also allows great integrations with my workflows. The pricing seems right too. I am also happy with the support I got, even during the holiday season. My integrations with Hiro.fm and Zapier work well, and my overall experience has been good
Minpunten
The initial setup and navigation can feel a bit overwhelming, especially for someone new to the platform. A "Start Here" Wizard or a more guided setup process would be great. However, once I got familiar with the interface, everything became much easier.

I'm grateful that standing up a company-wide SMS notification could be done in just a couple of days. When I opened a ticket about moving a number, the support was thorough, courteous and helpful in general. Compared to Twilio, I would recommend Telnyx, especially if you are interested in cellular solutions.
I made our own SMTP-to-SMS gateway easily.

I like how easy the messaging API is to use and the support and documentation is excellent. Tons of features for most use cases!
Minpunten
I ran into some bugs with the advanced features, such as sub-users and managed accounts. Those are obscure features for most users, however, and irrelevant to most.)

I have found the Telnyx suite to be easy to navigate, quicker to setup than other platforms and their customer support has been quick and responsive. Overall we are very happy (new) customers.

The technical support avoids speaking on the phone and we feel like when we sent chats and emails, only pieces of the issue are responded to. Many times my tech team feels like that have to prove to support that the issue on on Telnyx or carrier side.

In my experience this is a top messaging platform that you cannot go wrong with. It beats out competitors in significant categories such as the price and customer service.
Pluspunten
The price per message is lower than many alternative within the SMS marketing sphere. Customer support was also quick to respond and helpful on every occasion that I contacted them.
Minpunten
I would have wished the billing details to be more in-depth. I can view my current balance and past money deposited but that’s about it. Other API services have detailed overviews of every message sent.

Self Setup and reliability of service is a plus. Really nice customer support quick turn around and good documentation for FAQ and setup guide.

The Prices are still comparatively not that cheap and I had setup multiple meetings to get some discounts but no one joined. will try to reach another sales and see if i can get better pricing.
