Proggio is a startup company, and as such, more & more adoptions are required by new companies. Once that happened, it'll make Proggio some kind of an industry standard which would be used by everybody in the Industry.

Establishing project workstream and milestone set-up can take some strategic thinking into how the project flow will best benefit.

Different views for tasks, map, dynamic map, board etc.

It does not allow simultaneous tasks on one line. An option to allow this would be useful.

I found Proggio to be a very intuitive app that allows our team to easily view all our running projects.

My super admin can overview all the progress easily if project delay ;p

Some bugs appear recently. Wehn number of users increases software gets slow or out or order

Custom roadmaps and Gantt charts lack in Proggio

The available views (list, map, dynamic map, etc.) along with the ability to customize your view to meet your needs.

Navigation feels a bit clunky, and there is a fairly steep learning curve. Not always intuitive.

It´s very easy to use. Very colorfull and can be shared with many users to contribute with the work.

The screen is a bit confuse. I prefere more views like Microsoft Project, in a simpler interface.

When many users (6+) are editing the same project it can case multiple refreshes.

The cost, although still value for money!

I love how easy it is to navigate and how visually appealing it is! I really like the checklist and time log features. I have multiple projects I need to manage and using Proggio makes it feel effortless.

Nothing as of yet- I am sure in time there will be additional features I can suggest.

workstream and portfolio has more impacts on my tasks and it is convenient to grap the status and details

time management and assigned task may have multiple durations so there should be option for multiple durations

While Proggio offers an impressive array of features and benefits, one aspect that could be improved is the depth of customization options for task management. While the platform is flexible, some users may find that they desire more granular control over task attributes and workflows. However, this is a minor limitation in an otherwise outstanding project management tool.

Greatly aids the visualisation of project timelines and task.

Task list/bucket view is somewhat difficult to navigate, I don't like that is shows you all Proggio environment users within a specific project, should be limited to the give project users.
