Great system for connection sales and production department and the next with every employee in the company. We have got 30 active outsourcing projects every month. We checked many software systems connected with the efficiency of business/projects/employee, but Metric.ai are the best for this. Many integrations with 3d party services allow solving business decisions on the fly. For a small business that operates on the go, this is ideal.

No major issues; We asked to support more tricky cases in revenue recognition of complex projects to distinguish recognized, invoiced and paid revenue. They have replied that this feature is already in works.
