It helps to attract customers to my website by providing reward catalogs to customers and incentives them to purchase products

It's a big complicated to use if you don't know what you are doing. Also, sometimes the system bugs and it crashes.

Easy to navigate and surf around the website.

Points are a little high for some products. It can take over a year to collect points.

I like that that it has a wide range of options we can purchase and be updated on the newsfeed.

I would like to be able trade in points for badges to get attendance points removed or be able to receive more badges for other things like we get with points or have the option to get badges instead of points.

It gives people a chance to cheer on there co workers and acknowledge there contributions to the company .

I like everything about Applauz. It is a fun feature.

There is not anything that I like least about Applauz

I like the engagement from all levels of the company personnel.

More options for the reaction of the posts. Example: likes, high five, etc.

We get to know more about the employees from the other sites.

No visa card in the marketplace, really the only I don't like about Applauz. Everything else is good.

You have the option to choose multiple items to compare and see which item best suits you.

Some of the items can be almost the same item with no variety.

How easy it is to look around. Very easy to redeem points for prizes. Like the weekly reminders to recognize someone.

Need more ways to earn points. Some of the prizes require a lot of points so maybe some more prizes requiring small number of points.

It's very easy to navigate through all the options and very user friendly

No real cons, I like the site I think it brings real options for recognition instead of just a pizza party

The gifts and recognition is a great opportunity.

What i like least is applause wont let e access the marketplace from home on the phone.
