Everything about the UI is intuitive. It is simple, clean, and easy to navigate between modules. It smoothly fits to any screen size, which is a large pain point with most competitors. Even the onboarding is pretty painless, which is very rare.

In all honesty there was nothing and this is the only piece of software I have every worked with I would say that about.

This allows marketing teams to handle their own promotions, change hero images, etc with a click of button and a visual editor. If you are lacking engineering resources, this is something you want to look into.

There's hardly any flexibility. If you want to do an integration with a vendor make sure the vendor plays well with Shopify. If it's not in their store you probably are going to have to build it out yourself. They also don't integrate with Sift Science anymore (of you're worried about fraud) and various other vendors.

Shopify Plus is easy to set up and easy to use. Import of products for product addition and updates is easy enough to use and very helpful. Charge customer cards and communicate with customers right in the admin panel. MANY apps to do just about anyhting that you want.

Editing code and updating some aspects of the website are not so straightforward but not impossible to figure out.

-The CMS and page building leaves a LOT to be desired compared to WordPress (though that was to be expected)

-A little pricey

Simple to upload as many products to the online shop. The layout and navigation of the website is brilliant from a users perspective. Straightforward to change the settings so that live items on the site are those which are In Stock.

Would be better if it was more SEO friendly and able to add numerous content sections to a page.

Shopify Plus is great to use for the serious business owner. It allows you to set up a shop and start selling very quickly which is very appealing to many.

Shopify seems to have been built for very small size stores. While this is great for some, it is horrible for others. They also do not have any built in way to set up shipping based on product dimensions so if you have multiple products with different dimensions this is probably not the best website platform for you. Seems that we have to use many "work arounds" just to make things like shipping work. It can be a huge pain if you have a big store.

I like how quickly you can build an online store with trusted security and speed, also being a plus+ customer allows you to get dedicated customer support and access to apps that can help you to automate your store or create very custom promos using Ruby programming language. It's a platform to scale your bussiness very fast!

from a web developer perspective, I don't like that there's no built-in GIT control over the themes, there are many external options to do that but it would be great to build some control versioning between themes inside the shopify platform.

It’s extremely Fast and easy to set up a Shopify plus store. This app is indeed expensive but it’s great for businesses. I love that your online store well I have a trusted and reliable security. It’s also has a very good speed. Ruby programming language helps you to create Custom Promo’s when you are a Spotify plus Customer. Spotify plus helps you to get your business on a bigger scale really fast.

This platform is expensive. It does have a few problems with calculations and some basic data. But overall not that bad you can try it out.

It does a turn-key job for you. All what you need for your business is there.

Updates on mobile phones needs to be regular.

Shopify plus is ideal for enterprise business. It supports liquid code changes at the checkout page.

Plus plan is useful only for complex code changes and customizations, so you should hire a technical support person to manage it. Easy of use is complicated

Shopify plus made it so easy to get an online web presence started with the abilities to take orders and collect money right away.

I feel like the tier levels are a bit pricey a bit too soon. They have tailored their pricing structure towards larger "small businesses."

The store portal is very user-friendly, making it easy for me as a Brand Manager to access everything I need. Creating discount codes is also straightforward.

It is not possible to use multiple discount codes at once and the code logic building is basic.

I am able to use Shopify Plus on multiple webpages while handling 3+ customers at once. This has made handling multiple customer a very easy.

Sometimes when you are signing in, you are forced to do an insane number of reCAPTCHAs.

Free demo is good to get a taste of what it's about, and it sold me right away. I've used shopify before on personal, small projects, but this gives you tools to manage a much larger revenue stream and be confident in it. The platform is super easy to use if you have even a small amount of experience with eCommerce sites and operating them. You can get up and started very quickly, post new items very quickly, it's great!

Some issues with shipping customization that I had to find a workaround for, by updating pricing instead of shipping dimensions since you cant do that.

Shopify Plus has an extremely user-friendly interface. It's easy for shoppers to use, as well as account managers. It's also extremely easy to use the scripts editor when having promotional deals, which is an extremely important feature in retail.

I think overall this product is great. I don't have anything negative to say about this product, other than the price is a bit high for start up companies. They do allow for a free trial version which was very helpful in determining if this product was right for our company.

I like being able to see customers orders and tracking all in one place. This is the go to software that we use at work to view order information. We also can view lifetime spend, whether a customer has created an account with us, and their rewards history.

The most negative factor is how often it has issues, it may be due to their server but it seems to have been happening often lately.Other than that, Shopify Plus is great and I love using this tool.

I love that the website looks clean and organized. That our clients can navigate easily and orders go through quickly.

I do not like that our company cannot use Shopify payments or card readers since we sell nutritional supplements.

The Scripts Editor was the best part of Shopify Plus, especially around sales like Black Friday / Cyber Monday where you could do 'Buy One Get One' on special products

The limited special features of Shopify Plus can't be justified by the extra amount that they charge. We downgraded to the regular Shopify plan and don't miss anything.

I started an online store on shopify about 2 years ago. I watched a lot of videos on how to use it so the ease of use is easy because there's a lot of information available. My shopify store is my best form of passive income and the Shopify PLus software has made managing the store, orders and returns easy and fast

The learning curve may be a bit extensive for beginners but there's lots of videos to learn

We have a retail and a wholesale website, and Shopify Plus allows us to have both under the same account, pay a flat fee monthly , and still have both sites separately.

We don't love the price of the software and wish it was a little bit cheaper, but unfortunately there isn't much we can do about that.

We were growing quickly and needed a better ecommerce platform than what we were using. The Enterprise version of Shopify is amazing! Uptime, speed and performance are all fantastic.

The price! It's much more expensive than traditional platforms. However, you get what you pay for.

Before I was trying to use weebly's stuff, ever since I switch to shopify I am doing so much better.

Which the price was a little better in terms of what they charge but hey, anything for convenience.
