I am able to take payments and create invoices anywhere. I am able to put in other payment options like a check of cash and still send a receipt.

I do not like when I open the all on my phone it takes a few seconds to get to where I am trying to get to. I do not ever use the square reader and it always tries to connect to it.

The ease of collection is great. There also many options of collection. In person, over the phone or by sending an invoice.

The fees are the only bad thing but they are still the lowest ive seen .

Square Payments is easy to set-up and use. The fees are quite low, there are no monthly charges or cancellation fees.

It is sometimes difficult to get a credit or debit card to read/scan.

Very convenient, easy to use and accepts all types of payments including POS.

Fees are higher and particularly for business of larger size with large number of transaction. Limited customization options.

The report features. Sales tax report does not include totals.

Square is so user friendly. It’s easy to create or add products, and I can access it via laptop, iPad or on my phone. People who have never used it before have been able to step in and learn how to easily navigate it in order to run our merch booth. I also like that there is an option to send invoices.

Nothing at this time! I’ve recommended Square payments to others looking for a safe and efficient way to capture payments across several different applications (churches, small businesses).

I would definitely have to say my favorite features about Square Payments is the effective and easy process to accept online and in person payments is wickedly awesome. I can accommodate each customer to their liking and avoid confusion and mistakes simply.

Honestly, I really like square payments. Maybe adding a customize option to how we want to view our pages ourselves as the business owner would be cool. I love being able to personalize anything app or item i use.

I love that I was able to figure out Square Payments the first day. The simplicity of Square made it Second to none! I can go anywhere and accept a credit card payment with a tiny card processor. The accessories are priceless!

Some times I do forget my card reader I hope they make a phone backup soon!

The ease of use plus ITS free other than fees.

It costs money to send emails... It would be better if we got at least one email per month for all of our clients.

Along with Square's other products...Ease of use.

At this current moment in time there is nothing that is unsatisfactory.

Was disappointed that my card machine after a while stopped working and was told by support nothing they can do after a year you have to buy new terminal

I like the ability to be mobile and use it while at events. I like the ease of use now that it allows for tap to pay. I was able to integrate it for my shopping cart on my website.

You need a strong wifi or cellular connection in order for it to work properly. It's hard to have multiple users at once, you have to constantly verify the log in.

The setup system is incredibly simple, from Items to Menus, and even team members.

Fees are always an annoyance, especially when they are associated with upgrading features.

Easy to navigate, portable, cheaper processing rates compared to other POS systems.

Processing fees could be better, but still cheaper than most POS systems.
