It's years I'm using WiseStamp on all my Google Mails. It auto populates at the bottom of my emails as soon as I start to compose an email. and I have all the templates to create professional signatures. Actually my signature looks far better than those many global companies use in house.

The only cons is that, since I have multiple signatures, I need to always be careful I'm using the correct one. I wish there were radio buttons or something to make it easier to select the right one.

When I found WiseStamp, I fell in love! Gmail is very limited in terms of what you can do with your signatures, WiseStamp creates beautiful signatures and it is very easy for you to compose these!

I wish that it worked on iOS (not really a con but, a wish). You used to be able to copy and paste the HTML that was used on your signature line (for use on other platforms) but, you can no longer do that. Perhaps you can do so on a premium program?

Really, those are wishes rather than cons. It works great and does so consistently!

I was able to get my logo to the right specs without it blurring

The price, for one. I misread the price and was given a horrible surprise when I was charged for the full year. Ie the price I thought I was paying multiplied by 12.Also, I'm not able to centre the logo with the copy, so I have no control over where the copy is positioned in relation to my logo. I would have been better off paying a graphic designer to do this, financially and practically.

Lets me turn my email signature into a marketing tool. I send out hundreds of emails a day and Wisestamp lets me create dynamic content in my email signature to drive traffic to my website, Youtube channel and just about anywhere else I want to send people, without having to constantly update my email signature.

About once every 1-2 months I get some quirks with Wisestamp where it does not display my email signature, but is easily fixed by logging in and refreshing the connection. Not a big deal.

Can add dynamic content to your email signature. Your latest blog posts or video, updated call to actions and marketing messages. You can do things with this tool that is impossible to do without it.

Can get costly if you have a large team as you have to pay for each user, a team plan would be great.

Wisestamp allows you to quickly create a professional signature for your entire team. You can add social media links, upload a photo and customize the look to fit your brand.

You can adjust colors, fonts and choose a theme, but I wish there was a tad more customization in the layout of designs and adding CTAs.

WiseStamp is probably the most professional email signature software I've run across online. I was easily able to create a neat/professional email signature with WiseStamp.

The least thing I like is the pricing structure. I prefer one time fees.

I like WiseStamp and have used it for years. It's an easy and quick way to get a professional looking signature in my emails. I love that I can link to social media and my blog posts too.

I wish there were more template options and a builder to create your own from scratch. It would also be helpful if there was an alert for broken links or something to let you know if something isn't working.

- comes with ready made templates cater for different professions. For example: showcasing your profile photos if you are a photographer, or displaying a banner if you are a real estate agent etc...
- you can add your social media profiles, a recycle message as well as legal disclaimer in your signature.
- they have other services like Business Listing, Webpage and so on that I didn't use.

Sometimes the signature you created might 'go off' a bit after you pasted it on your page... the line looks different or the shape changed. So you need to test it out on your page before you can finalize.

I like to be abble to customize all my signature, with image, links and even call to action. It is very nice if you have like me severall business to manage

Sometimes the app disconnect itself from Gmail and I have to relink it in Firefox. I don't know how to fix this.

The designs are great, with some excellent options - if they work.

Some of their own apps and social media feeds have both layout issues and feed with some email programs eg Outlook and Thunderbird. I was offered a couple of months extra subscription while they fixed it.

And then, to my horror, I then found they host images on their own servers and one was noted as a spam domain, which caused my emails to be blocked from one of my most important suppliers - it took almost a month to work out what the problem was and raise it with Wisestamp. They were apologetic and offered me a couple of months extra on my subscription while they tried to fix it.

I don't need more subscriptions, this is business and we need what I paid for.

Awesome way to so stay in front of your audience. Every email puts you in front of your marketplace.

Maybe some day soon the software will allow me to edit on the fly. This option will really allow personalizing the data I am forwarding.

It used to work great, now it doesn’t. Used to be able to assign multiple different emails to signatures, been using it this way for 2.5 years, now the owner of the company wants to argue with me about it

Glitchy interface while using chrome browser. Emails assigned to WiseStamp signatures don’t function, as in a signature is still showing up when I tell it not too.

There are a lot of templates to make cusotmizing a signature easy. I like that you could also include confidentiality notices and "please save a tree" notices too

I had no complaints, other than I found a cheaper alternative service that accomplishes the same thing.

I'm not only a fan of the App, I'm not sure how I emailed without it... Amazing!!!

I can't stress how much I love wisestamp. We have been looking for an easy way to have a signature on emails and WiseStamp is the answer. It's super easy to setup and there is an option for free or a paid version.

Nothing at all to dislike here. I spent a lot of time looking for an email signature solution and WiseStamp works perfectly.

I love the templates, and the ease of drag and drop to set up the signature. It also integrates well with my Gmail account and the stand-alone profile page is priceless.

For my current needs, the price to remove the ad-logo at bottom of the page is a little out of reach, however, I don't mind giving credit to such an awesome product.
