Pluspunten
Mi360 is an okay marketing analytics program, providing the ability to review and analyze campaign effectiveness. It is primarily a web-based application.
Minpunten
There was a bit of a learning curve associated with learning how to use the application effectively. I would have liked to have seen more online training artifacts, how-to videos, etc. There isn't much of a mobile application presence for the app either.
It provides some fundamental marketing campaign analyses capabilities.
