The company is so far ahead of the curve when it comes to bringing anything a dealer could want from a DMS. From our website to inventory. I have been with Dealer Center for over 6 years and I don't keep using them because their bad!

some times, there technology gets ahead of their support. But, they are always willing to get the answer and fix it

They put your inventory on a bunch of car sites

They will help you set your website up the way you like it

user friendly, all parts of dealership can be accessed from system

issues loading and making phone calls regularly, sending texts as well

The usage and ease is one spot for everything i need for my business. Helping me boost my google standing and use social media. [sensitive content hidden] helped me a lot with switching from V12 for Facebook posting as well

Lots to learn but overall not so bad. Requires a few calls and everything is sold individually so it can rack up

I feel that the best part of Dealercenter is the ease of use.

I feel the my least favorite part about dealercenter is trying to find old deals can sometimes be challenging.

The program is very easy to use, i am very satisfied with it.

Helps it's users to create an online shopping experience which their customers are expecting. Safe and secure software which helps us analyze customer data and marketing.

Its a bit difficult for new employees to work with.

Honestly, nothing. DC is the best out there.

IT HAS DECREASED THE TIME IN FI WITH THE CUSTOMERS AS WE ARE ABLE TO PRINT FORMS INSTEAD OF HANDWRITING. [sensitive content hidden] IS MY WESTLAKE REP AND GAVE ME THE HEADS UP. WE CONTACTED NATALIE ALMANZA. I CANNOT EXPRESS THE GRATITUDE WE HAVE AT [sensitive content hidden] HARD WORK AND DEDICATION... SHE HAS SPENT HOURS ON THE PHONE WITH ME PROGRAMMING ALL 4 OF MY STORES AND ALSO TOOK THE TIME TO CALL EACH STORE AND MAKE SURE THEY UNDERSTOOD THE SYSTEM. WITHOUT NATALIE, HONESTLY, I FEEL WE WOULD HAVE BEEN LOST.

The customer service of Dealer Center is something to be proud of. They go the extra mile to make sure your problems get solved if you have one.

The only down side is not having the ability to limit notifications for myself on where specific leads go. Despite being the sales manager and having nothing to do with service, I still see all of the service leads that come through the website.
