Pluspunten
Eerder dit jaar zijn wij overgestapt op NinjaOne en we zijn zeer tevreden met onze keuze. Het systeem is overzichtelijk en functierijk, waardoor we al onze klanten gemakkelijk via één portaal kunnen beheren. Een groot pluspunt is dat we ook (cloud)back-ups en beveiliging in hetzelfde overzichtelijke portaal kunnen bijhouden. De ondersteuning van NinjaOne is uitstekend; elke vraag wordt snel en effectief opgelost.
Minpunten
Tot op heden zijn we nog geen minpunten tegengekomen, alleen maar verbeteringen.

We zijn overgestapt van N-able RMM naar Ninja, het vorige product voldeed eigenlijk aan geen enkele verwachting meer.
Elk alternatief was dus voor ons vooruitgang, uiteindelijk na 2 of 3 gesprekken met Lode besloten om het toch maar eens te gaan testen.
Hadden we het maar eerder gedaan.
Wat een verademing is dit pakket , automatiseringen zijn makkelijk, patching heeft weinig tot geen problemen en machines enrollen en update to date brengen is super gemakkelijk

Zeer tevreden over het product RMM en zijn nu ook bezig met de mobile device management, hebben een mooi dashboard ontworpen met hulp van de support afdeling, en hebben ons oude ticketsysteem omgezet naar het ticketsysteem van NinjaOne.
Pluspunten
NinjaOne staat duidelijk voor Service en aftersales, en de servicedesk is pas tevreden als wij tevreden zijn. Heel erg fijn dat zij hun product ook echt optimaal willen laten gebruiken door de klant. Wanneer NinjaOne goede service verleent, dan kunnen wij dat ook naar onze klanten doen.
Minpunten
Ik kan niets bedenken. En als er iets zou zijn, dan wordt dit opgelost zover mogelijk door NinjaOne

De oplossing is erg compleet en actief in ontwikkeling. Documentatie is goed voor elkaar en de regelmatige updates bevatten veel nuttige zaken. Je ziet dit ook terug in een transparante roadmap.
Minpunten
Prijs kan voor startende MSP'ers aan de hoge kant zijn in vergelijking met andere oplossingen, maar de functionaliteit en actieve community maken dit goed.

One of the most complete solutions on the market, with excellent functionality and easy to use. Very easy for Device Management, Remote Support, IT Security. Excellent for improving the efficiency of the IT team and reducing costs.
Minpunten
It was difficult to start using because there was no price transparency, that is, they could very well make prices available without having to contact the company.

Ease of use, ease of deployment, the GUI is simple yet gives you everything you need at a glance, simple patching functionality and asset organisation. NinjaOne is incredible.

The company I worked at used NinjaOne for a while, and it was great, however, it lacked features that aren't critical, but nice to have. It was also quite a bit more expensive than some other RMM solutions.

NinjaOne is extremely easy to use, has robust automation features, responsive customer support, and comprehensive remote management.
Minpunten
Some cons of NinjaOne are its limited integration options, feature gaps, and it's a little pricey.

Ninja is one of if not the best platform I use daily. Of the 20-odd platforms and tools I regularly use, Ninja is the most user-friendly, robust, dynamic and comprehensive. If you're in the market for an RMM - Go with NinjaOne.
Pluspunten
Ninja RMM is so simply and straight forward to use, however is jam-packed with vital features any serious MSP utilises. I live in Ninja and would be hard-pressed to find a better tool to replace it.
Minpunten
The only issue I have come across is that I had a little bit of trouble changing the display mode. Such a minor, almost non-issue, that is how great this RMM is.

Consolidating our tools and having a single pane of glass for our operations center to work from, no longer are we missing alerts because a monitoring page is minimized or covered by another one of our tools.

As an MSP getting the tool deployed quickly, efficiently and leveraging the work we've put into our configuration has been a huge time savings.
Minpunten
The gap is being closed with every release, our biggest issue with MDM which we are looking forward to trying out soon.

Our overall experience of NinjaRMM is massively positive. The platform has enabled us as an MSP to fully manage all our clients patching and asset management needs.
Pluspunten
Excellent portal interface, that is so clear and concise for everyone to use. The patch management and asset information is top notch. The features and functionality of the platform are also superb and always being added to.
Minpunten
Nothing, the platform works so much better than the RMM software we replaced.

Pluspunten
The ease of use along with the great development, technical, support and sales teams mean we are never stuck. That great relationship with the company along with the efficiency of the software means we gave gained and incredible amount of time to do work instead of working on the software.
Minpunten
The only criticism I have of Ninja One is that they produce a huge amount of features regularly but we would love to have access to them often before they are ready. This is due to the development being customer driven so the upgrades they offer are always great and we are a little impatient!

The onboarding was extremely quick, our guys were very quick to get used to the new GUI and it is a very useable product. Not really used the support yet so can't comment on that.
Pluspunten
The price is very comparable to it's competitors, but one of the main benefits, is that it feels like a one stop shop for IT. Most things you will require, are all under the hood, so to speak. Helpdesk, asset management, remote support etc.
Minpunten
We do like providing our customers with lots of stats. And the reporting only gives us so much that we can do. I'd like to see this expanded to include more custom fields.

We were looking for a Remote access tool replacement, but encountered that NinjaOne's features will do other things we needed to resolve as well, like patch management and inventory.
Pluspunten
NinjaOne was extremely easy to setup and deploy within our organization. Using ESET to pus the installer, in a matter of minutes the computers were being populated in the dashboard.Easy to remote login to computers using either Splasdot, NinjaRemote or TeamViewer if you have the license to incorporate it. Installing/modifying programs, registry changes, ps scripts is very easy to do, and their knowledge base articles are very helpful
Minpunten
We have only used this platform for about 5 months, but have not encountered a problem that could be resolved.
