I love that when i look for a job after settings i can get a job notification due to my profile.

The amount of applicants that are posted tends to reduce peoples hope for a job.

The most important feature was how easy it was to post jobs as well as to apply for those jobs. The platform is easy to access from both ends, applicants and employers, which makes it the most popular platform. Thus it provides the largest pool of applicants we can access.
Also from my perspective as an employer, it was not complicated to manage applications from start to finish.

The only con I can think of is the huge demand on the site, which makes some job posts go down in popularity and they can be seen by less people which creates the need for sponsored posts.

Indeed is an online job board that gives me access to countless number of jobs per day. They even send me emails on daily basis to find new jobs in specified locations. I am overly impressed by indeed and would recommend it to anyone that is looking for breakthrough in their career.

Jobs that are not under easy apply are sometimes hard to apply.

It isn't necessarily Indeeds fault but job posting have to require way more attention than they used to. It takes longer, costs more, and requires more time to get good candidates.

They're constantly updating their interface which isn't always a bad thing but the constant changes can be annoying

I don't like an influx of unqualified candidates. Key word searches are useful, but omitting unqualified candidates is so time consuming.

The essential idea of the dashboard is likely a con too. New enrollment specialists who depend ready to come in case of an emergency to-activity buttons and ATS combination. Nothing actually that I could do without from this product, can be better assuming in the employing system the up-and-comers can share a picture of themselves.

I like how they have added the option to add salary information. This avoid a number of interviews and conversation this will defer candidates from applying.

The cost of per applicant. Indeed now charges you an extermely high cost per person that is applying. This should be based on the company budget.
