Processing payroll is so much easier with ClockShark. Having the job cost data uploaded to our accounting software has cut down on processing time and data entry errors. The reports are essential to our project management reviews and allows us to evaluate what areas are doing well and what tasks need improvement. Additionally, if you ever have a question or need help finding something, their customer support team is knowledgeable and quick to respond.

There really isn't anything that I like the least

The overall convenience and ease and how quickly they responded to my dilemma.

I cannot think of any cons about Clockshark

What I like most about ClockShark is it tracks your hours down and sends them to employer and don’t need to fill out paperwork anymore for overtime. Which is far better for the planet

I feel its a bit expensive per year.The break time calculator is tough for my business. I'd like to see it individualized, per employee. So I can have the option of how to give the 30 min paid break

can't set up time tracking to allocate to our union pay format. i.e. premium time after 8 hours of regular time of work.

What's been most helpful with ClockShark is the ease of use and the reports. In addition, the amount of time I spent on payroll has decreased more than 10-fold.

There are a few options I'd like to have in the app which at this point aren't included. However, anytime I talk with our rep, she mentions she will point out my issue or request with the development team so it might be added in future updates.

The support team has been the best part about ClockShark. We always receive quick responses when we have issues and they are resolved in a timely manner.

The GPS fencing seems to be a little unreliable at time, but I know that has to do with many different factors.

I used the time track feature and liked it. The interface is significant so I was pleased about it.

I think it is way too expensive for Turkey. The features are not critical at all.

The original person we spoke to, [sensitive content hidden], was extremely responsive in setting up up initially and it took a 15 min call to get it all up. To get it synced with ADP took only another 15 mins. The chat times are the quickest I've seen and the responses have been very helpful.

I wish this was part of ADP and not a third party software. More of a dig at ADP to not have a function to clock in and clock out for such a large company.

I love the ability to create quick timesheet reports for payroll purposes. It streamlines the payroll process.

I wish ther was a way to make notes on a day that an employee calls it etc to track their missed work.

All features are easy to use, and nothing is overly complicated. Excellent customer service.

I would like a way to check to see if my time sheets have been successfully exported to Quick Books.

I am an proprietor of a small business and a small team to handle. I can easy track and make record of early morning sign in and signout of employees. If my teammate goes out with a delivery i can track his location in real time. HR management can also be done using this app. In addition to this it records all the past payslips thus easy to manage increments etc

Developers should come up with the updates frequently.

I like how it tracks many things and not just one specific item
