Ik zou graag ook bij de klanten een pasfoto willen plaatsen, hetkenbaar dus als je een klant invoert op je verkoop ipad, zicht herkenning.

I tried a few different iPad based POS systems when opening my Cafe, but settled on Loyverse as their features actually beat a lot of the paid systems out there, and it's free! Would definitely recommend trying out Loyverse first before settling on another system. Just because it's free doesn't mean it's not a serious contender.

Local payment terminal integration is lacking and cash up process could be built upon. However it more than makes up for this with the price tag (or lack thereof) and its array of features.

The software is very easy to use and a quick training session with staff will enable them to effectively use the software, everything in the user interface is self explanatory.

Most of the startup is Free which is a plus. Free trial for add ons 14days. Fast setup as you can use your own hardware -- but the down side are the following see cons.

Unsure if you have searched the company information. They don't have a physical location nor will give this info. Search Who IS - and it's in Panama. Would you like jeopardizing your customer information? Look what happen to facebook and cambridge analytics.

Not worth the risk if you don't have a visible office and understand how they are using the data.

THere is a privacy page but it means nothing if you can't see if the company is real and registered somewhere for recourse.

I find the offline mood very useful and the back store which is very helpful

the features that i would like you to add to loyverse pos is an invoicing system and estimates.

I love the ease of use of the POS system. Inputting the data for the items and using the tablet to cash out my customers has made the in-store process much more convenient. I also really like the paperless receipts as this matches one of the company's core principles which is sustainable living.

I haven't yet experienced anything that has been difficult in using the Loyverse POS.

Easy to manage and use. It take less than a minute to download the app.

About registering its in dollars and its automatic thé registration base on number employees u entered.. i paid already for 2 employees but i intent to register only 1 but the payment was made already after i deleted 1 employee.. hope it will credited on my nxt registration

A comprehensive POS solution with good reporting features all provided free to use with the option to upgrade to enhanced features. Provides an easy and affordable start point for any new business and enables us to purchase upgrades as the business grows.

Some of the reporting features are limited but the ability to export reports and then slice and dice data in Excel thereafter means that this is not an issue.

Loyverse was the best option to use in my mobile catering trailer so i could use a pos software on a till that worked with Zettle card readers, can use it online or offline and is very easy to set up, jst needs a few more things and it would be the best by far software needs for mobile caterers.

The setup is extremely easy and has great features for use. The system is very user friendly and easy to teach our user.It works GREAT for our Mobile setup, with ability to retrieve reports.

This is not a complaint.But, we've had a few times the sales printed on the receipt, but did not register in the reports.Based on our use, this has not been a huge problem, because we always keep a separate receipt for our records.

The product is extremely easy to set up and use; no learning curve for an employee to start using the product.

It's unfortunate that the POS only seems to run on a tablet. While the "backoffice" can run under Windows, it would be nice if they could get the POS part running as many of the new Windows laptops are touchscreen.

Best of all is the ease of set up and use. I can train an employee to cash a customer out in very little time. The fact that I can have 2 systems with the program on it allow me to work from home while the store is open and using the other system.

I would like to be able to move inventory around and in subcategories - which I know is available with the upgraded version of the software in the inventory management program. I would also like it to integrate with my website to keep better track of inventory.

The best feature for my coffee shop is that we can use this software at no cost. We can use the software on either android or iOS devices and it connects easily to wired or Bluetooth printers.

several of the buttons cannot have their descriptions changed which is confusing for some of the workers.

Selling process and shift reports are amazing.

There is not enough stats concerning customers.No pay later option the paiement types.

- simple and easy to use - convenient & efficient especially to our staff vs our old manual process wherein we still have to write no. of loads for wash & dry, detergent & fabcon ordered and corresponding prices in the job order- monitors our receivables thru open ticket compared vs old manual process we still have to stamp paid for job order copy thus prone to human error & more reconciliation if not stamp paid resulting to customer complaints- as the owner, i can easily view and download detailed sales reports, which is very helpful to me in analyzing the financials, trend, manpower scheduling & of profitability- customers love the professional look of the receipt vs our old manually written job orders

- open tickets can be deleted without a trail. This is one control I haven't resolved yet. I'm not always present in the shop. Employee can just delete the open ticket if he/she plans not to remit the payment.

It is very easy to implement and use, also with multiple POS-units. Great you can see which transaction was on what POS. The dashboard app makes it easy to follow the performance of our business. With the export capabilities I can quite easily transfer data to our bookkeeping software.

In the export of the receipts I would like more detail in the VAT. Now it is 1 amount but I need it devided into 21, 9 and 0%. As administrator I would like more capabilities to correct misstakes in transactions. Sometimes the wrong payment type is chosen and I cannot correct that in Loyverse.

What I like most about Loyverse POS is that I get to keep customers database and paperless on bills. With business logo on the receipt, it does help on my business branding too.

I hope that I can use Loyverse POS at my website so that my customer can purchase products online without sending message to me and for me to key in details manually.

Easy to setup items to sell. The app can be used on either the Apple iPad or on Android base tablets. However stick with the Apple iPad because of the guide access feature is found only on Apple's OS. It easy to train rotating cashiers on this system. I do like the ability to split checks.

Not a true inventory if you are looking to see past and on-going stock. The system allows you to sell with negative inventory.
As with graphic based display too much items can be overwhelming. Best for business with no more than 2 dozen items otherwise you will be spending too long of a time scrolling through pages to find the item. It's is nice that it has categories but that also take some time as well. When items are out of stock, system should give the owner the option to hid the item until it is restocked. There is no warning given and shown when stock is low or completely out to the cashier.. Only an email is sent indicating a low stock.
There is no capabilities of sorting the displayed item or separating into groups visually. It's all done alphabetically.

I am completely confused on the sales history in the back office. Sales by payment and sales summery don't match. The data sync is slow. It may take a few hours after the close of the day before all the sales are synced and shown in the back office. When using discounts and promotions the totals don't necessarily add up correctly. I am still trying to figure out why that is.

The interface and the GUI design was stunning. Easy access and easy operates give more enthusiasm to use.

Little bit of expensiveness restricted the usage. If it's free more easy to use. Plus need to be compatible with older version of Android to use.

I liked the layout and its intuitive logical flow. I found it easy to change its setting to adapt it to my business requirements. Using it over two years, I find it reliable and consistent.

1- When I export some reports to Excel, the French words with special characters are not showing up correctly.2- When the program first starts up, the connection to the server at time is a bit too long.

Loyverse is super easy to use, intuitive and free! You couldn’t ask for anything else. I recommend this software to anyone opening a hospitality business.

The only upgrade I would recommend is the functionality to add how many people are seated at a table.

Service is FREE, Customer Service is always quick to reply and able to answer all my questions, easy to update stock system, clean and neat UI, learning curve not too high.

The only cons are for things that would usually have to be paid for. No currency converter, no option for multiple currencies, difficult to implement the Loyalty part for customers,

What I like about this pos software is that the capability to compute and print receipts.

Since the 4 years of using this software, I have no found issues or lackness.

There isnt much to dislike. Maybe if they had put in an Expense Tracker. That would be cool
