Everything I really love the habits welcoming I love the colors I like the programming. The software is really easy user-friendly I really enjoy the app.

It does have some glitchy spots. Some spots that are just a little bit overly complicated overall great absolutely wonderful.

Venmo is a convenient easy way to collect payment from all of my clients.

I don't like the turn on for purchases tag. People will accidentally tap it and I will loose part of a payment.

Being able to send money instantly to anyone

No customer service number to call and order a new card

Venmo is awesome! You get a debit card. You can cash checks, use auto deposit, you can transfer money from accounts or to/from people. And I even have a teen account set up under my venmo for my teen daughter! I use my venmo for all my online purchases.

Hard to find ways to just load money onto card from cash. Also I can't find any free ATMs

Ease of use and very user friendly, can be easily used on any device.

Sometimes it asks you to sign in twice on the same device frequently.

Venmo is simple, fast, and easy to transact with. As well as having an easy to read audit log and history of transactions.

If I had to choose something I liked least it would be the mobile focus. There could be a bigger more defined desktop client.

The instant verification of a transaction is my favorite, with the capabilities to instantly transfer funds to my bank account.

Zero problems ever with Venmo. It's my favorite app to use for payment processing.

I like that Venmo makes it super easy to collect payments from customers, and refund them at the same time. I've never used a platform that also makes it easier to track payments.

The user design is not super intuitive, which can cause issues at times, but otherwise I have had no issues!

Implementation was incredibly easy and most of my staff (and clients) are already familiar with the application. The credibility of any financial app is critical, so the security and financial insurance Venmo provides is what made the deal for my team.

There is no easy-to-use air-touch feature where two adjacent phones can automatically link for payment. However, this would just be a nice ancillary benefit and is not critical.

I like using Venmo to send money to my employees because it gives me monthly statements and sends it within minutes.

I dont like the fact you have to pay to get your money sent within minutes.

I liked the ease of use, convenient setup, and its use as an alternative to a bank.

That the option for speedier transactions costs some extra money. In some cases, sometimes sending money is time-sensitive and Venmo, at best, can only fulfill a transaction in 2-3 business days under normal circumstances.

It's also sometimes hard to find my friends on the app.

I like it is easy to use and sending money to friends and family is very convenient. I can send and it is also instant.

I don’t like that it shows who you send money too and descriptions and it is a bit hard to take contacts off

Venmo is very secure. I feel safe and at ease anytime that I use venmo. Plus I can send money to my people without the hassle.

There's only one thing that upset me. I lost all the info to my old account and opened a new one and they offer 10$ when you open one but since I had one before I wasn't allowed to get it.

It charge you fee’s to trasfer money, could be little cheaper

I like how easy it is to pay others for services. You simply type in the phone number, scan the barcode or look up their name. It's quick & easy.

To be honest I have not had any issues with Venmo!
