> **Pluspunten**: I like that this program allows us to complete additional training or refresher training when we have some free time in our schedule. I like that we can search training's that are specifically tailored to our job requirements. I also appreciate that different training's can be assigned to us from our supervisors with deadlines provided so we know when the training needs to be completed.

> **Minpunten**: I think the search section of Continu can be a little more specific so we can find very specific training's, but other than that it is a very good system to work in.

> The Continu system have given me the opportunity to strengthen my knowledge in my person position as well as industry knowledge with programs available at my own pace in my own free time to complete. This is the best "continued learning" programs I have had the privilege to work with.
