Pluspunten

They have the best suite of products for e-commerce, they have great deals and opportunities to use the software free for up to 3 months which truly allows you to use the product make money from it and then basically allow it to pay for itself.

Minpunten

The fact that they left Shopify is my only problem. That was it I loved their products and the deals they had.

Bekeeting has been really useful in finding demographs and increasing the amount of use I can get out of marketing campaigns. The software is very user friendly.

This software is a bit more costly than it's competitors, but you certainly get the features to make it worth it.

Nifty software, ROI, Bigger Orders

Pluspunten

This software definitely works... from a retailer stand point, you really will up your sales orders with Beeketing. The ROI is definitely worth it. I will say I've seen it on a lot of dropshipping companies. The customer support is also pretty on top of things as well. So kudos for that. It's a must for your customers to feel important and to be able to contact your company, so this definitely improves that function. I've used a few of their software programs.

The best option is separating personal facebook messenger with Quick Facebook Chat. It helps connect our customers for problem solving and preventing unnecessary emails sent and received from customers.

I think it fulfills all its functions correctly at the moment there is nothing that I like less in this app, I've never had a problem with this app.

To be honest, I haven't tried out all the features of the app, but it is very intuitive and it is easy to find what you want. Once you're in the dashboard, you are offered the choice to create an upsell or a cross sell offer. These are the critical ingredients of this app, and I did not feel overwhelmed by choice.

Minpunten

I don't dislike anything about the software. However, I wish that users are offered some insight into best-performing crossell/upsell campaigns in order to make better informed choices.

I used this product on an Ecommerce website I run through Shopify. It allowed my customers to engage with me directly via Facebook messenger, which is a tool most people are already familiar with.

Minpunten

Unlike a professional chat box on a website, some users were confused about who they were chatting with. They were confused about why Facebook popped up for them instead of a regular chat box.

I love the fact that it has all the functionality of FB chat, but also allows you to follow the person's page or businesses page through the messenger.

Theres nothing really not to like except that it takes up more space on your phone and not a lot of people are aware of it.

It's free to try. That's the best part about it, and should make it a no-brainer for any e-commerce seller looking to understand their customers better. It allows me to place a live-chat function within my e-commerce store, which helps immensely with customer perception as pertains to customer service. I also like the ability to track "abandoned carts" to help improve follow-through in the future.

Minpunten

The monthly cost once subscribed is probably the biggest downer. Also, the app can seem a bit slow sometimes, but that's generally not a big deal. Aside from that, I love it!

There is no where to change credit card info we were hacked and had to get a new card, is my only problem that I can see so far. So they can't get there money right now. And the app isn't running. So sells are down quite a bit. Proof it works.
