What I like most about CEIPAL ATS is its user-friendly interface, which makes it easy to navigate and manage candidates efficiently. The automation of repetitive tasks like resume parsing and job posting is a huge time-saver. Its seamless integration with job boards and HR systems enhances the overall workflow. Additionally, the reporting and analytics features provide valuable insights, helping me track recruitment metrics and optimize the hiring process. Overall, it significantly improves productivity and makes the recruitment process much smoother.

If I had to mention what I liked least about CEIPAL ATS, it would be the occasional complexity in customization options, which can make tailoring the system to specific organizational needs a bit cumbersome. Also, at times, the speed of the platform can lag, particularly when handling large datasets. Lastly, the reporting features, while robust, could benefit from more intuitive customization for non-technical users. Despite these minor drawbacks, the system is generally effective for managing recruitment workflows.

The GUI is pretty nice and it is easy to use for a new user. Candidate's profile are quite informative with all the relevant details clearly mentioned.

The option of special notes on a particular candidate can be made better. They should have a pop up option for those specific candidates.

Navigation was very easy and has many databases

I've used most of the traditional job boards (JobDive, BullHorn etc.) but Ceipal is by far the best tool for fast moving recruiting roles. Specially for the managemnt point of view. The BI gives all the insights of whats happening with the team and how good they are performing.

The Ceipal internal database search engine really requires some attention. It often doesn't give good results despite having good profiles in database.

Can work with different portals at one time and can lock the candidate you reach then its help to before lock by others.
and it will helps to show recent uploaded profiles to 1 year profiles so then we can easily reach by time.

Excellent sourcing ATS for recruiter and good platform for candidates too

They have unique features like the internal database and integrated search, which are very useful for recruiters to submit profiles within a quick turnaround time. From a management perspective, it's easy to track both candidate and employee performance. Overall, the product is excellent

Sometimes, there are glitches where profiles may lack phone numbers or may open without any content inside, leading to wasted views

According to me 2 years before I started to work with Ceipal. It was a very new experience for me to work on Ceipal to look candidate according to client's requirements.But for now I like to work on Ceipal it is very easy to use. whatever the requirement you have after putting a few specific Key works related to client's requirement we can get the latest Candidate's who are available in the Market who are looking for Job or change right Now. So for me it is the easiest way to hunt for talent. Moreover, if we are hiring for the US any specific region we can use the filter to get the latest profile from the region the client is looking to source.

As a US IT recruiter the thing which I filled badly for Ceipal the Visa verification thing. The team needs to take quick actions if someone is uploading their profile on Ceipal. If a candidate writes he is a GC holder, He should a GC. Fake profiles should be removed. this is the only concern with me. Otherwise it is a good platform to get the resume with their email address and contact details.

It is Easy to use that's what i like most about it.

Sometimes it is slow, and take times to reload.

In CEIPAL ATS we can see different features like Job posting, Candidate tracking, different job boards at one place, good user interface and it is also easy to use.

If we open CEIPAL ATS in two different tabs and if one tab gets time out then the other tab will be also logged out automatically.

Ceipal is very user friendly when it comes to tracking, updating profiles, sharing bul mail, text ,messages.

There is no as such to dislike about ceipal, sometimes it becomes very laggy and slow.
