What I liked most about SignUpGenius was how simple it was to organize events and get people to sign up for things. It made coordinating group activities, like parties or volunteer opportunities, super easy because everyone could see what was needed and pick what they wanted to do. SignUpGenius is the best virtual medium for allowing people to contribute together. I have used this myself many times to organize class parties or assignments. In the education field, this is the preferred platform and is not only used by me, but also the PTA, our school, and the entire district.

What I liked least about SignUpGenius was that the interface can feel a bit cluttered, making it hard to find what you need sometimes. Some of the options are a bit confusing. For example, when I need to make multiple entries it can be confusing choosing the correct way to do it because there are several ways to make an entry. It is more confusing if I need to have more than one sign up for a certain category. It would be nice if it was more user friendly.

The ability to list out needed items and the quantity.

The look of it feels old fashioned. Not as sleek and modern.

What I appreciate most about SignUpGenius is how much it helps to keep all information in one spot and organized.

If I was to give one critique, sometimes I sign up as myself and not my childs name. Which is probably something I would need to comtrol.

I love the ease of using sign up genius. Our volunteers find it easy to sign up and love the reminders. Our leaders always know if we will have enough help and can easily send a message to solicit additional help.

There is nothing about Sign Up Genius that does not work efficiently for our organization.

I enjoy signup genius most for school volunteering! It is an incredible tool for getting volunteers for many different things. From lunch help to auction help to school event help. It is perfect because everyone can see what they are signing up for it’s clear and concise.

There is nothing bad to say about signup genius!

Sign up genius is super user friendly and straightforward.

I think the layout needs a makeover to keep up with the aesthetic expectations of the time.

It is very easy to setup and deploy. The price is right. (FREE). It works without flaws.

Nothing that I can think of. To schedule people and to ask for help, it is invaluable.

I have to coordinate many volunteers and plan meetings for us. Not everyone is on Outlook so it is challenging to know what windows of time work for us to meet, plan and serve. This tool really helps resolve that!

The cost barrier is the biggest challenge for me.

It did allow use to specify the time slots that we needed to fill with our volunteers and they were able to sign up. I haven't been able to find a similar app or product that can do it with the ease of SignUp Genius.

The thing that could be improved is the look of it. It is not very customizable as far as how it looks to volunteers. It looks very old and sloppy. It needs a fresh clean remake.

I like the ease of use making the creating and sign up process simple and understandable for all levels of technology knowledge.

I haven't yet found a feature I do not like.

SignUpGenius is farily easy to use. I've utilized both the free and premium version for event registration and communications and have really enjoyed them. In my role I am responsible for interviewing upwards of 100-200 student candidates a year in both individual and group capacities. It's imperative for me to have a website that allows me to quickly and effeciently create events for people to sign up for with accurate details, is easy to read, and will ensure notifications and reminders are sent out. It takes so much pressure off of my plate to do all of the things!

There was a small learning curve for me! I didn't quite understand how timeblocks worked, how to input specific information, or allow multiple people to sign up for one timeslot. It didn't take me long to figure out, but there was still a slight curve. Additionally, I do wish the free version had a few more styles to select from when creating a sign up!

Every time my team and I have used SingUpGenius for different aspects of our non profit work, it has been a great experience and helpful

I have not found something that hasn’t been good about it

SignUpGenius has a wide range of customization possibilities, making it adaptable to different event types and organizational requirements.

SignUpGenius may have a minor learning curve for new users, especially when investigating advanced features and customization choices.

This product to very easy to use. Especially when you are planning an event it’s very helpful. You can ask attendees if they can volunteer to help or bring an item.

I don’t see any cons to this product. It’s not difficult to use. I don’t know what I would do with it.

It is super easy to follow along when signing up for specific timeslots

Sometimes, it is hard to create a timeslot when using the creator on your mobile device

I like the ease of the product to be able to keep up with the parents signing up for concession, and helping out around the high school and allows parents to know what date and time they volunteer for.

At this time there is nothing that I have found to not like it to date

I am able to sign up to volunteer and my kids school with ease. It even helps me add to my calendar.

Sometimes it is hard for me to see all available time slots at once. I usually us this on my mobile device though and it is easier to see by computer.

We used SUG for our non-profit organization. We needed an easy way to coordinate volunteers for our events. Easy to use and easy for volunteers to get their assignments

Wish there were more free options. Also wish you could have more than one email as an administrator
