I am a huge fan of how employees are able to add and customize their talents, skills, goals, values, and qualifications.

Theres a very limited amount of tutorial videos.

The timesheets are relatively simple to use

You can not remove a holiday after the time sheets are out. It cant handle the hours our staff do, so it messes up every single holiday stat pay. It never accrues properly.

Simplicity and customization are made quite easy for administrator and employee's onboarding. We currently only use the time tracking portion of PurelyHR but we have been using for more than 10 years with great satisfaction. The cost has been quite positive as a not for profit.

As far as time-off module goes, I think there's many reporting options and sometimes its hard to find on the first go the exact report type you need but there are some many options that what you are looking for does exist.

I find it extremely easy for myself and my employees to use. The navigation is very intuitive.

I don't have any negative comments about this platform.

I wish they had an app, it would make things so much easier for staff to update from home.

It allows a common understanding of what is going on, schedule wise, for the whole office.

It can be a little slow to load and navigate at times. Perhaps a more integrated dashboard could be useful.

Simple to use. Easy to train. Never had a glitch in the about 10 years we've been on it. Support has always been quick and supportive.

We've never had any issues with PurelyHR.

I enjoy the user friendly experience. The portal is very beginner friendly.

One thing I would like the least is the inability to access certain reports after an employee is terminated.

I can always get virtual support timely with by booking an appointment via the portal

I think pricing could be considered steep and can offer discount to long term users

Performance module could use some additional options, and it can be difficult for new managers to use.

Uploading user files has to be done one at a time.

The web based system was easy to set up. No set up for end users.

the off summary information is not easy to follow. Total time taken info is not easy to follow

PurelyHR is user friendly on the admin and front end user side as well as cost effective!

I currently do not see any cons about PurelyHR. We do have staff who would like to see PurelyHR develop an app.

The ease in which it tracks remaining PTO hours.

There is nothing I currently dislike about this software.

A user-friendly application with flexible configuration tailored to the organization's needs. Excellent French-speaking support; good understanding of issues and attentive listening. One of the best assistances I have ever received.

Vacation balances are often inaccurate. While vacation time is prorated at the beginning of employment, it is not recalculated at the end of the employment relationship. This inconsistency results in additional recalculations of the balance whenever an employee leaves. Additionally, there is no phone app available for employees to check their vacation balances.

As a user of PurelyHR, I have found the platform to be incredibly efficient and user-friendly for managing vacation and time-off requests. PurelyHR has streamlined our time-off management, making it transparent for everyone.

N/A, the platform’s benefits far outweigh the cons.

It is easy to set up. Employees have no problem using it.

It does not carry vacation balances to the next calendar year.

It allows me to track mine and my employees time-off requests in a visually, easy to understand way1

Some of the wording can be slightly confusing. Ex: "exclude lunch break Yes/No"

Very simple UI and contains all the information you need. Requesting Vacation or sick days is intuitive.

The calendar on schedule time offs can get a bit clustered if there are a lot of people. It can be a bit overwhelming.

Honestly, I like everything. Since our business start to use PurelyHR my life become much easy.

PurelyHR - please make your interface little bit easy for users.

It's easy to use, easy to set up and easy to implement. There is a ton of presets so you're not re-inventing the wheel. Having a dedicated account manager and training along the way has definitely helped us maximize the use of this software.

like all HR tools some of the functionality seems overkill and unnecessary. but with time you learn to accept the extras and some have even turned into best practices.
