User-friendly, hands-on help with a live representative (our is [sensitive content hidden] - woohoo!) who will communicate clearly (often with emails of screenshots and step-by-step instructions), and affordable. We also considered using Gradelink for our website management and [sensitive content hidden] was very informative, gave great feedback, and shared very reasonable costs for managing our site.

There are a few features it is lacking but has most of what we need, and they take our needs into consideration for development.

Nothing. Thought we could use for an adult vocational school, this software does not work

Everything. It took too long to setup. Everything is done through email. A simple phone call coould speed the process.

Our service respresentative [sensitive content hidden] Nevar was the most helpful person! She has such a sweet spirit and compassionate heart. She clearly understood the time constraints we were under and also showed a positive attitude even when we posed questions that were most likely all quite usophisticated. She was about to lead us through several challenging areas leading us to corrections as well as solutions. Her sense of humor and willing attitude made my day end with positive thoughts and direction. [sensitive content hidden] is certainly a keeper! I will always ask for her when I have a problem because she is that quiet spirit that makes things better just because she is there! Thank you for having this quality of personnel on staff working with flustered people who when they call seem to feel that there is no answer. She not only has answers but is willing to take you by the hand to correct necessary areas, She makes you feel warm and fuzzy inside which is a testament to her care of and for her responsibility in the corporation. Thank you!

Tutorials and videos. Too much information and hard to see.

Ease, Simplicity for teachers, families and registrar

There are some pretty substantial limitations on the backend that make a lot of extra work for reporting and rostering. I WAS aware of that when I purchased Gradelink for us in 2021 though so that's on me. What is surprising, however, is that no enhancements have been made in that realm. Users should be able to determine what fields are included in exports and to select to which format they are being exported. I can't tell you how much extra work I do for basic reports and for something like creating honor roll certificates based on "GPA" (averages, not GPAs per se but just using that phrase to explain)

Exceptional customer service. Our technical contact was very responsive and answered any questions thoroughly. Program is easy to navigate and easy to learn. Great way to streamline all administrative tasks.

Would be more helpful to be able to modify/develop your own enrollment forms instead of needing to contact support. However, support’s response has been quick and helpful.

Gradelink offers incredible flexibility and a wide variety of features. It's always nice when I have to produce some report, and rather than having to do it manually, I find that Gradelink already has this feature. The customer support has always been excellent.

The interface isn't exactly the most intuitive in the world. Furthermore, several features required assistance from Gradelink Support. Ultimately, neither of these detract from the usefulness too much.

The promptness and understanding from the staff is unmatched.

We would love if there was an option to mass send Report Cards to parents and students similar to the email option.

The interface is easy for administrators and for teachers, but the customer service has been most exceptional.

Having to select the "populate classes" function for every individual class when adding a new student's schedule. Having an alternative that would allow me to build a schedule for a student would be much more efficient.

Gradelink is overall very user friendly. It has been easy for our teachers to transition to it and it has made their jobs significantly easier. The parents and students also like that they can always track their grades so there are no surprises at parent conferences.

Some of the features still need further development. The preschool classes which are graded by subcategories don't have access to lesson planning which does not make sense as all types of class need planning. The scheduling feature is also not user friendly and is not visually clear so we are not using it.

Customer service, I love some of the features including automatically calculating class averages.

Contracts are not archived for previous school years (are able to download though), attendance records are a bit confusing to pull, sometimes communicate features do nit work properly.

The support I receive is the best! They are so quick to reply and very, very helpful.

I don't dislike anything but if I had to pick what I like least, it might be that it's not extremely easy to understand and get used to, but only because it's a complex system that covers a lot of things, and that's a good thing.

Pricing is higher than I would like, but I love the functions Gradelink offers.

Live support! They helped us tirelessly and in a professional manner at all times. Our successful launch and ongoing needs were a priority to their support team.

2nd and 3rd party partners. Their payment partners did not provide the same customer service. However, when this was brought to Gradelink's attention, they remedied it speedily!

I appreciate the simplicity and ease of use. It's a great platform for small schools

Though easy to use and simple, the aesthetic appeal of the website gives a poor first impression to new teachers and staff.

The administrator tab is especially helpful for me. The ability to log in as teacher is a great feature.

I love the grading system and the quick responses we get from [sensitive content hidden]

When we used the finance features a few years ago, we didn't like that it allowed people to pay an invoice multiple times since they didn't get any confirmation of payment. Perhaps it has been fixed but I stopped using this feature because it doubled my work with having to do refunds for overpayments.

Amazing customer service. I have to contact Gradelink a few times a month and have always been helpful and very kind.

Sometimes can be a bit confusing but I'm always being helped when I reach out via email.

The product is easy to use and support is helpful.

I am still figuring out the setup for the financial aspect of it.
