Severe limitations to the recruiting feature.

Dayforce HCM has all HR, benefits, WFM, report, and payroll in one place and is easy to navigate once you understand the system. The Dayforce support team is excellent, and they are always ready to assist you whenever you need help.

The Dayforce HCM has greatly improved its Reports and Analytics functions, but I would appreciate having more report specialists to support the reports.

The fact that HR and Payroll are linked together in one seamless application. The web interface and mobile app are very well-designed and useful.

Dayforce has an enormous amount of data that can be accessed—so much in fact that finding the right report to include all the data you want can be overwhelming. Not all the data is transferable between reports. For example, Timesheet data is not always able to be included with Payroll data.

The customer service is outstanding- the ability to pick up the phone and get immediate response to a problem is appreciated

The Tax responses are delayed - takes too long for amendments and responses to advices unless escalated

I use Dayforce for work and is my new favourite amongst the rostering platforms. Training tasks can be completed from Dayforce and it allows for details about training and upcoming shift information. The homepage layout provides a suitable amount of personalised content regarding upcoming work preventing endless searching. The platform is also easily accessible from the web and the app.

Be weary of any potential extra costs to gain access to extra features

I used Dayforce for recruitment, it's a great ATS to keep my job requisitions and candidates organized1

I don't like that you can't add an attachment when sending an email, or that email responses aren't tracked in DF

Flexibility and constant innovation. The software is intuitive but does need IT/Financial Analyst support to really have it set up well.

Some things that should be included in the software (basic reports) require that you pay for customization. Not a big fan of the transition from implementation to support. The hand off is very abrupt.

The system is generally user friendly. The Hub feature is nice

The recruiting module seems like an afterthought. Recruiting is my main focus.

The ACA reporting and benefits management.

Not very user friendly on the employee side.

It is very user friendly and the community guides you through areas that you need a refresher on.

I think the reporting section, needs a little work and running reports can be hard.

Dayforce has all the solutions you need to manage your workforce and keep them engaged. From the core services such as payroll and benefits, to a slew of talent modules to help with recruiting, onboarding, and much more.

Dayforce can be very technical if you want to keep things customized to your company. So having someone on the technical side in your company, managing and maintain configurations may be needed.

Fully Integrated HCM solutions with strong integration capabalities

Talent features can be improved to close match best of breed products in the market

Seamless platform to manage employment information. Easy to access and update schedule, tax forms and payment information. Shifts management in part time jobs is also a plus as you can easily switch with colleagues.

Clock in and out option should be more easy to access as it is actually hidden inside the settings and not as a quick access button.

Dayforce has many great features. The HUB is a great new additional in the last 2 years. It provides a great place to house important information easily. Onboarding is really nice and streamlined. It is easy to navigate and set up. If you have the Onboarding HUB, visibly it provides a new start to the candidate experience. I have worked with the Performance and Compensation module the last 3 years and it has a lot of neat functionality and pretty easy to navigate.

Dayforce is very technical. It is nice to know you can build customize forms but not coming from an IT background, trying to learn SQL has been a challenge. There are a lot of nice reports but it is very challenging to set up certain reports utilizing custom fields. Dayforce is constantly enhancing their products but continually to have to pay for each new enhancement the majority of the time is challenging especially coming from a Non-Profit world when we already utilize most of the system.

Everything in one place, easy to use, good reporting.

Additional costs for each module is high.
Customer service has suffered since COVID.

It is easy to use. Customer support is excellent. The software has little to no flaws.

Report building is probably the only thing that is hard to do.

It's reliability and the ease of use made it the number one choice for us . payroll,tracking, onboarding all in one dashboard no more struggles.They have a jubilant spirit of customer service,they are always willing to go for extra miles to sustain their users needs.

No major challenges working with this incredible software.

Dayforce is an entirely capable product with excellent module flexibility and capability. Dayforce also gives the user ownership and control to customize the product as they prefer for their organization.

The recruiting module could use some overall improvement.

User friendly, very customizable system.

Needs more AI integration but from what I understand that's coming in a future update.

I liked most about Dayforce HCM the ability to pay people on time and accurately.

The thing I like least about Dayforce HCM is how often it errors out and kicks me from the application.
