We are excited to keep trying new features on HubSpot that continue to augment our marketing and sales processes. Our team is gearing up this first quarter to implement there new AI integration into our business processes, excited for the year ahead!

Pluspunten

There are so many features that have been added on throughout the last few years, and we think AI is going to augment that. The most important process is moving leads down the pipeline for us with different automations, and assigning different team members self-qualified leads that can book calls through the HubSpot calendar.

Apart from automations we are also very happy with how the Hubspot chat features connects to other social networks, critical for connecting leads to sales and customers to support.

Minpunten

Lead capture feature isn't as flexible as other form competitors like TypeForm, it would be nice to have a component that didn't initially overwhelm visitors with the input fields.

The free CRM is a great starting point, honestly, and it makes managing contacts and deals super easy. What I really like is how they've got everything connected; you can see how your marketing efforts are directly impacting sales, which is super helpful. Plus, their automation features are a lifesaver for repetitive tasks. But, and this is a big but, it can get pricey. Like, really pricey, especially as you need more advanced stuff. And sometimes, it feels like it's a bit too much if you're not using all the tools they offer. Also, some of the more complex workflows can get confusing if you're not super tech-savvy. Overall, it's powerful, but you've gotta make sure it fits your needs and budget.

My overall experience has been great. While I have been on the receiving end of some service disruptions, Hubspot makes sure to communicate that an issue is actively occurring.

Pluspunten

I have like workflows the most within HubSpot. They have been lifesavers for our current customer support/success operations. Allowing us to easily have contacts enrolled into a workflow that does an action. It has allowed so much flexibility and Hubspot is constantly refining workflows, adding additional features.

Apart from the generic contact and company management and tracker side of Hubspot. Workflows has the been the most impactful. They do also have a great amount of integrations!

Minpunten

Despite the overall good communication of service disruptions mentioned in my overall experience, they do always end up causing road blocks in proceeding with work. I do believe that the reports could grow more. Unless I am missing something, it would be very nice to be able to factor office hours within the reports and myself and my colleagues have been unable to find out how to make that happen. Doing so would give us accurate reports across the board.

I have consistently followed product innovations and tried to implement them in my work. It is also very useful and convenient to learn through HubSpot Academia.

What I appreciated most is that the software encompasses the entire customer journey, from lead generation to customer service, eliminating the need to switch between multiple applications.

Due to the specifics of our business, it is inconvenient to make Quotations in HubSpot because each of our offers is unique. This includes the prices of custom product layout (picture), product, software, follow-up service, and installation services, which differ by country.

Professional. The whole experience is very proper with the integration team that teaches you how to use the system. We love Hubspot, it is our main core of our business now. It is where we track everything, get reports, and see how we can further track our leads, customers, and improve sales.

Hubspot is an all-in-one type of system. It not only connects to basically all programs and apps that you operate on, but it is very customizable for any business structure. It is simple to use & gives structure to our entire company - marketing, sales, and customer support.

It was a bit trucky to set up at first, to migrate everything across from our previous CRM. You have to do some custom mapping of fields, and we lost some customer notes, but the support team was very patient & helpful.

I have utilized HubSpot within 2 different Organizations now, and have continued to learn how to better use the platform based on my needs, or position. With that to be said, I have worked in Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success departments and have continued to use the platform - its cross functional, and a needed tool.

Pluspunten

The ability to integrate within other platforms utilized within an Organization. This is incredibly helpful to prevent from having to create extra spreadsheets, or use mannyy different platforms to communicate efforts and work. I also greatly appreciate the pipeline features. HubSpot Knowledge base is also an incredible "upskilling" tool to take advantage of.

Minpunten

I do not feel that when you select "monthly" in a quote, or pipeline total, that it calculates accurately with 4.3 weeks in a month, so often times, HubSpot may reflect a smaller pipeline by a few hundred or thousands in comparison with actual pricing expectations.

We also gave access to our distributros to allow them to work on their customers and make their sales follow-up.

What I like most about HubSpot CRM is its simplicity combined with powerful features. It's easy to set up and start to use right away, which makes it accessible for colleagues with little to no technical background. The visual sales pipeline is intuitive, allowing you to manage deals, track progress, and get a clear overview of sales activities at a glance.
It si easy to book meeting,s end pre-set emails, create tasks for others. Very very useful.
And I love the contact creation via the phone app. It is so easy and intelligent.

Minpunten

Eventhough you can set up quote templates and allows to set up the deals, it is not possible to set up a multi-step Quotation process flow that allows to select language, then select product, then subscription levels, service budget etc etc and at the end to have a quote ready to go.

It has outstanding communication tools which keep us connected with our customers easily. Hubspot CRM analysis and reporting tools provide us with truthful insights that help us measure and optimize our customer relationships.

It was mind blowing when I first started using HubSpot. In the beginning, I felt overwhelmed because there are many buttons I have to explore but with the time, I am so grateful for getting benefits it provides.

Pluspunten

Integration with Google email helps me keep emails with customers logged in the system and I don't have to manually drag and drop.
I also like its tasks to keep me organized my day-to-day work & follow-ups

Minpunten

Hubspot does not allow to have several phone numbers for one customer and only allow to have up to two email addresses for each customer. Some customers have multiple contact information and I wish there is a way integrate rather than multiple contact info for one customer.

I've used pretty much any module of Hubspot's Marketing Hub, from workflows to reports, and what I like is that the few times I'm in doubt how to do something, it's easy to figure it out.

Pluspunten

Easy to set up, tons of integrations, and great knowledge base. I have used Hubspot at multiple companies (both in-house and with clients as a consultant) and it's a solid solution.

Minpunten

Support has been a hit or miss, when it comes to tracking issues they are usually not helpful (support is pretty good otherwise). Also it's annoying that somewhat standard features are not included in the already expensive Pro plan and require Enterprise.
