How easy it is to setup and deploy and also how easy it is to remote into machines and all the controls you have.

Sometimes the connections can drop or the deployment wont work for what ever reason.

Connectwise control is a good product, but there are better out there for the cost with more features.

Clunky, often disconnects and reconnects

It's great for remote access into another users computer, even if just one of your own. Support is good and there is no downtime.

Features like "Screen Blanking" can be very clunky. Often when I set the remote screen to be blanked out, I will have a session go to sleep, and when I get back on the screen blank setting has been disabled. This is highly frustrating when needin privacy in a remote setting.

This software is amazing! It can be used as a basic RMM even. Run tools, scripts, or just good ole remote access.

Can see all screens.
Have other tools that can be used while on remote session.

File transfer. not so easy at times.
if you have not used for 7 days you have to do 2FA to log back in.

very robust platform used daily to provide remote assistance to end-users in my company and to troubleshoot unattended computers from anywhere.

Setup can be a little time-consuming, but overall, a great tool for IT professionals.

ScreenConnect with CW is our process when I need to see what a user is doing on their end to better understand their issue. Starting a session, have the user join the session and facilitate seeing their information is seamless. It is also very easy to disconnect so the user knows I am no longer in their computer seeing anything of concern as a notification is sent to the user I have disconnected.

Nothing at this time since using ConnectWise ScreenConnect is an easy process and meets my needs.

It makes it easy to connect to an end user for remote support.

It would be nicer if you didn't have to log into website to connect.

The simplicity of this product makes it easier for the individuals who don't like or are intimidated by technology.

Working with dual monitors is not as user friendly and it is a problem for individuals who are versed in technology.

This product made it much easier for our department to support teachers and administrators in a more timely manner. We have 4 techs to handle 11 schools plus the main administration building so this has reduced response times greatly when needing to install a printer or software for staff member.

Not enough options for sorting the devices. I can filter connections by device name, user account name or even IP address, etc but we really would like to have an option to sort the devices based on last contact date and time so we can monitor more closely the devices that are not being used in our schools.

Small, clean, easily implemented and integrates well with our tool stack. It's pretty much everything we could as for from a tool like this and includes use auditing and recordings to meet any compliance requirements we've encountered.

Very little. The only real challenges we have are deployment and required end user actions for environments where it is not deployed. Honestly I don't know what they could even do about that as it's neither a deployment tool itself nor can they circumvent browser and OS security to be able to eliminate the necessity or end user actions in certain circumstances.

I feel that ConnectWise is very secure and I feel safe using this site to remote into our system. We have alot of sensitive data and I feel that it is very secure.

There are a lot of steps to go through before you are connected.

ConnectWise is a feature-rich product built by IT people FOR IT people.

Basic support is good but any feature problems or requests have to "go to engineering" and can take months to years to get a resolution.

The best feature I found from ScreenConnect was easily doing backstage where I could remotely shell into a computer to help run powershell commands to help maintain and monitor workstations.

The ConnectWise portal was difficult to navigate to find the latest updates for the tool.

I liked how quick and the different types of features offered.

There are times when it's slow to connect to the website.

It is widely used for Remote desktop connection to support other users remotely.It can be easily configured and we can access the ed users machine with full access.

We always need better bandwidth to manage and control end user machines.Can bring few features on privacy and management.

I have used the product for multiple purposes like ticketing, remote service and patching. we good product.

Nothing much to specify in particular. It works fine.

I like how it gives different options of connecting such as directing the client to a website and entering a code or having the ability to email them a link with the code embedded so they only have to download the client.

It makes me sign in every time instead of having the option to SSO or remember me.

Speed of remote control with no lag, almost the same as being in front of your pc.

The cons about it is that it's not that much beginner friendly but all in all it's good
