Software is cheap, They have a mobile app. (kinda confusing to navigate), they have a webpage (kinda confusing to navigate as well). You at the very least get to speak to someone in the US versus a overseas call center.... But the support people only speak in jargon and hardly ever get to root of the problem.

Confusing web page to navigate. Support and Implementation team are a nightmare to deal with. They don't really breakdown or explain to you the issues in simple terms they just rush you off the phone and "fix the problem". Only training you will receive is from support from Texas via telephone who also cannot explain things in a proper manor. The explanations they do give are full or jargon and leave you more confused than before. I HATE this software! Its cheap but I guess you get what you pay for.

It made my job so much easier that I don't know where I would be with out it so amazing I would love to tell everyone about it

I have not had any failures or anything with this this is an amazing product

Asset panda is excellent and keeping track of all your IT assets are making sure everything is where it should be and you know when stuff is Jake

The free limits the number of assets you can have, and then you have to go onto a paid plan, which can get quite expensive

Asset Panda is a great tool which is very easy to use and is highly customisable. The ability to use the mobile app as a barcode scanner is a huge plus

Being able to look up exactly what a co-worker has equipment wise is so easy just a couple of clicks and you have it.

Lacks few feature such as remote access to machines, network discovery and offline mode in mobile app

Asset Panda is an app that helps track asset depreciation, track maintenance schedules, and analyze asset data. I used it mostly because it was integrated into accounting software. It is very convenient for stock tracking.

I can say that this application has unfortunately failed in terms of customer service. Even with such high prices.

I like that you are able to design all aspects of the asset tracking functions for your company. I am able to customize the fields of data, types of data, structure of fields, who can access which features, and more to fit the needs of our organization

That I am not able to customize the reports easier. Also, that I do not have database access to simply write the queries myself. Also, I do not like that we are not notified of roadmaps for development and have limited input as to the features that are prioritized for our company. I understand that development has limited time and people, but would like to participate in a small customer focus group that meets quarterly to discuss the future of Asset Panda.

We have found a few very impactful features of this software. First, the flexibility of customization. When we realize we need to track some new data point or change how we deploy equipment, we can do so on the fly. Second, the mobile app. Having a optimized mobile app that our techs can access on their phone instead of getting out their laptop to log into a site is immensely helpful. Third, "automated" changes that can be done by using the "Actions" feature. I can have a couple quick input points and at the touch of a "save" button, numerous fields and data points can be updated. This is so efficient rather than changing these fields manually

A couple things that would be nice to have changed.... We have found the need to have a field that can be added to rather than only over-written during an "Action". Basically a running history of input points (Ex. every user that has been assigned to a device). Running a history report isn't always convenient and applicable to all potential users.
Also while chat support is great when you need help, but I'd really like someone to speak with directly sometimes. Conveying your issue over chat is sometimes very clunky and time consuming.

Reports are to simple, yes and no answers. Making it easy to make mistake.

Asset Panda is a very flexible and especially highly configurable product. It's from the Attlasian series, so if you use confluence or JIRA you won't be surprised that it's very user friendly. I appreciate the long record keeping, recording, managing and maintaining records of specific assets. For example, information about annual tests or maintenance and so the usage of specific assets.

I can't possibly express a single contradiction for the software. Sometimes it happens that we want to do something, but the application doesn't offer it. With help or user support we always come to a solution, so really from the point of view of using the application I haven't noticed the slightest problem.
