I'm from India , and we searched for a tour operator software that would accommodate our trips and allow for quick and simple payment. As you are aware, it can be challenging to create a dependable system for our clients in our area. It was difficult for us here. No customers are expressing a desire to go, particularly to  Wayanad.  We chose Peek Pro because it is dependable, allows us to change the details of our tours in real time, pays us once the tours are completed, is actively developing new features that we can use in our company, and—most importantly—is run by people.. Having a decent tool to advertise our firm is a relief as we are now moving toward having a greater ROI.

Taxes are already included in the cost of our trips and rentals. But only put their fees in the "Taxes and Fees" section after that. I'm just being nitpicky when I say that I believe the checkout should be improved. The complexity of some of the screens varies, although not significantly.

It was incredibly easy to use program with an awesome onboarding team. we where up and running in 2 weeks!! This software saves takes the headache out of scheduling. From a built in texting, emailing, and payment processing.

As with any software that is mostly pre packaged the amount of customization can feel limiting, but in the end was way more robust than I first expected.

Peek pro used to be amazing. Those days are gone. Customer service is non existent.

Customer service is absolutely unacceptable. And the lack.of reports and layout of calendar is so far behind other tecnology.

I just setup my business with Peek, and the onboarding supper I received from [sensitive content hidden] has been exceptional! Very grateful to work with a responsive company and excited to see how this platform helps us with our booking operations!

I like that you can have variations to your product

It is very cumbersome to use and the portal is confusing at best.

The Peek Pro integration team is outstanding. They set up everything based on our needs and make changes as requested.

No cons at this time, this is our second business integration of the Peek Pro platform.

Ease of product setup. Overall functionality of the software.

Multiple excursions booked across multiple days with only show up on the calendar on the very first day of the booking. It would not show up for the rest of the days which often led to overbooking.

Them attention to detail by the Peek Pro team was impressive. Every business is different, and for us it was all about rentals. Peek's team took the time to understand our business and gave us plenty of opportunities to provide feedback along the way of our transition from FareHarbor to Peek.

Every business struggles with major transitions. For Peek that showed up in the login process, where their "old" Peek PRO 6 interface can easily be confused for their "new" Peek PRO 7 interface. They should continue to work on cleaning this up, as issues arise from confusing the two. I'm sure they will.

Peek is very easy to use and the onboarding process was easy and simple!

I haven't had any issues so far, and I don't foresee much of any in the future.

booking process is smooth to the customer

Recently (July 15t, 2024) Peek has updated their Payment system and all users had to register for the new program. I have been trying to register on that for almost 2 weeks and because of a bug, I am not being able to complete this procedure.

Due to that, my account is basically blocked and we are not being able to receive reservations neither we are being able to transfer our funds to our bank account.

We understand changes are necessary but if you are encoutering an issue on your side, you do not harm your clients because of that.

So far, I spoke to several employees from the Customer service, only through chat and email and no one is finding a solution to that. Ridiculous...

The marketing is good bit not good enough

The payment processing is awful. And they dont seem to care about getting it fixed. I'm current waiting for 2 week on a payment that should have been here already.

Easy rollout and fantastic training makes this a no brainer.

Some of the interface can feel a bit vanilla

I have a unique business model and it was really helpful to have the team help me discuss how Peek can meet my needs. They were very knowledgeable and helpful. I appreciate the multiple checkins... it was a clearly thought out onboarding process.

The user interface (from an admin perspective) is a little clunky. I am still familiarizing myself with certain parts. For example, it took me forever to figure out how to change my company logo after I got a new one.... and if you asked me today, I wouldn't be able to tell you how I did it. Little confusing, but not too bad.

It is not integrated on my Shopify account so it's a second system, to track for taxes and revenue

There is no cons that I can think about

The user side of Peek Pro is quite attractive, with the design integration between web and phone making it simple to reserve a seat.

A couple of button functions that could be useful during the setup would be the calendar being viewable before selecting the type of pass they will purchase, as well as the shopping cart feature to purchase more than 1 pass in a single transaction.

Mobile app is excellent - Ease of integration - Training/Support was excellent.

Some complexities to setup, but training walked us through these configurations.

None it is a great software . Looking forward to using it .

This service seems to cover most of the things that we need to run this small business. It will free up time to spend on what we do best: serve our customers.

I am still trying to get used to technology, so I haven't used it enough to know yet.

I like the layout and ease of booking. Report system is detailed. I like the functionality of changine rates and blackouts.

I would like a system that flags renters for previous issues that booked with us prior so they cannot book again.
