Zoho Expense reviews

Zoho was easy to set up and the employees I used for the trial period found it so easy they did not even require training. The app is intuitive and very user friendly. For those who are still resistant to change, Zoho provides time saving solutions that are easy for anyone to use.

That I cannot create branches in the United States yet.

Easy to use, approvals are straight forward. Automation is useful. Role based access is easy to implement.

Online reimbursements are very hard to use. I wish they integrated with something like Plaid.

Scanning or emailing a credit card receipt and splitting it between people or facilities is so convenient!

I wish it would split the amounts automatically without me having to play with the amounts to try and get it to balance.

The demo was well presented, and we will be moving forward with the system. It fits our needs, and it simple to use, and flexible. There are things you can customize.

It is not clear how to connect with the credit card. We are moving forward, and dealing with this connection at the moment of implementation.

Zoho Expenses interface can work better, especially it has a lot of information in the dashboard when user log in. It will confuse users at the start.

Zoho easily integrates uploading and autoscanning receipts across multiple platforms.

Offline use is limited and that it's not completely free is a small disappointment.

The system is simple and effective, in comparison to other tools deliver much more with much less costs and complications.

Love the AI scan. Also the fact that there's a mobile app. Makes it easier than using Google sheets. I also like that I can add my team members too. Also love that it syncs with zoho books.

I have been implementing Zoho Expense for other businesses. It has solved recurring problems of document storage, expense capture and reimbursements.

The number of reports are minimal. The should have a report section like Zoho Books.

The AI for identify the receipt content is high and it save the time for typing the description of the receipt

There are only three receipts is allow to upload in one go. Hope it could accept more receipts file upload

I like the way expense reporting has been simplified by the software thus saving on cost and time.

So far there is nothing to complain about the software. It is serving us so well.

I particularly like the mobility features whereby on the go I can request via mobile and ipad. One of the awesome features as well is it’s transparency on approval flow.

Not entirely a “con” but would love to see its capability on Ai i.e. if i uploaded a receipt automatically it will fill out the relevant fields such as merchant name and amount to be reimbursed.

EASY TO NAVIGATE VIA PHONE OR LAPTOP. FRIENDLY USER AS WELL. I CAN EASILY MONITOR MY EXPENSES PERSONAL OR BUSINESS.

I HAVE NOTHING TO DISLIKE ABOUT IT. I AM SO FAR SATISFIED WITH THE SYSTEM.

It takes a while to get used to the navigation. There is alot there and alot of power.

This platform was recommended by my accountant. It is easy to use, integrates easily with a lot of banks and it one of the most affordable options.

It could be better at auto-categorizing expenses, but this could get better as I use the platform more and it learns my habits.

It helped me keep records of payments and helped generate financial reports of how money was spent in my organization. It is a useful tool for Program and Project Managers.

It's a bit pricey, but it's worth the cost.
