Pluspunten
Zoho was easy to set up and the employees I used for the trial period found it so easy they did not even require training. The app is intuitive and very user friendly. For those who are still resistant to change, Zoho provides time saving solutions that are easy for anyone to use.

Easy to use, approvals are straight forward. Automation is useful. Role based access is easy to implement.

Online reimbursements are very hard to use. I wish they integrated with something like Plaid.

Great tool to track and store receipts

I love the idea of being able to easily capture my receipts and have them backed up and integrated...
I love the idea of being able to easily capture my receipts and have them backed up and integrated with my Zoho Books. I did find it a little bit tricky to use and I did end up duplicating expenses that I was unable to rectify - not on the app or on my Zoho Books. So perhaps find some vides on how to use it correctly before it causes a problem in your accounts

I love how easy it is to capture reciepts and expenses and that it links up to my Zoho Books so it only needs to be captured once. I love the approval feature for employees and the reimbursements too - it just makes admin much easier.
Minpunten
As a beginner, I found it a bit tricky to use. I am not an accountant and am just starting to manage my business accounts better, and I just found that the jargon of the software was not that straightforward. I ended up with a problem on my main Zoho Books because of logging the receipts incorrectly and some were duplicated which caused some confusion.

Scanning or emailing a credit card receipt and splitting it between people or facilities is so convenient!

I wish it would split the amounts automatically without me having to play with the amounts to try and get it to balance.

The demo was well presented, and we will be moving forward with the system. It fits our needs, and it simple to use, and flexible. There are things you can customize.

It is not clear how to connect with the credit card. We are moving forward, and dealing with this connection at the moment of implementation.

I have been implementing Zoho Expense for other businesses. It has solved recurring problems of document storage, expense capture and reimbursements.

The number of reports are minimal. The should have a report section like Zoho Books.

In the limited time I have had with Zoho Expense, I have found it to be immensely helpful in tracking expenses and being able to keep them organized. Moreover, I have used Zoho to save time and headache when it comes to tracking expenses across multiple categories and periods of time.
Pluspunten
This software makes for easy uploading and compiling of receipts, as well as generation of expense reports. In addition, it allows for easy expense tracking, especially over specified business periods. When expenses start to add up and fall into different facets, the app makes it easier to separate into categories. Producing reports makes it much easier to file taxes.
Minpunten
With uploading/linking a specific card, it takes a long time and can be difficult to sift through credit card statements to find pertinent expenses. At times, the portal takes a long time and can produce error or timing out.

Seamless, accurate and clutterfree are a few adjectives I may use to describe my UI experience with ZoHo Expense. The only factor I don't like is the cost of it. Maybe there could be a free solution that allows only particular expenses/costs reports to be generated, rather than paying for the full features, which I don't use at all.

I personally use it to maintain costs and expenses reports, which is almost a free feature with many other platforms. I would like it to be free for me, since I already use their paid version of ecommerce platform.

I particularly like the mobility features whereby on the go I can request via mobile and ipad. One of the awesome features as well is it’s transparency on approval flow.

Not entirely a “con” but would love to see its capability on Ai i.e. if i uploaded a receipt automatically it will fill out the relevant fields such as merchant name and amount to be reimbursed.

It is a nice expense platform, but just average and not amazing. I would suggest to make it more user-friendly and easier to use. I can see people who are not tech-savvy being really stumped and unable to use it.
Pluspunten
Once you get to the page to submit your expenses, it easily allows you to submit expenses, organize them by category (transportation, food, entertainment), and submit them. You can easily add multiple receipts and it scans the amount from the receipt. Also It shows you possible duplicate expenses (but sometimes things are the same amount so this is not always correct).
Minpunten
It is not the most user-friendly website and is pretty difficult to use. I've used it for over 2 years and still get a little stumped here and there. Right when you log on it's confusing where to go to navigate to the expenses feature. And once you are on your profile there are so many capabilities, sometimes it gets lost among those. You also need to create a report, and then add your expenses to add to the report, so it takes additional steps.

Tracking our spending as it happens helps us stay on top of things. It talks to our other tools, which is handy, and those reports give us a heads-up on where our money's going. Got the app too, for when we're out and about. Had a question once, and Zoho's support didn't leave us hanging. :)
